Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Bogendruckmaschine, die mehrere Druckwerke mit jeweils einem Gegendruckzylinder, einem auf dem Gegendruckzylinder abrollenden Übertragungszylinder, einem auf dem Übertragungszylinder abrollenden Formzylinder, einem Farbwerk und vorzugsweise einem Feuchtwerk umfasst, wobei zwischen den Gegendruckzylindern benachbarter Druckwerke jeweils mindestens ein Bogenführungszylinder positioniert ist, um zu bedruckende Druckbogen durch die Druckwerke zu transportieren, und wobei im Fortdruckbetrieb zumindest der Gegendruckzylinder und der Übertragungszylinder jedes Druckwerks von mindestens einem Hauptantrieb der Bogendruckmaschine und der Formzylinderjedes Druckwerks über einen demselben zugeordneten Direktantrieb eigenmotorisch und synchron zum Übertragungszylinder des jeweiligen Druckwerks angetrieben wird. Erfindungsgemäß werden zur Ermittlung eines Geometriefehlers der Druckwerke der Bogendruckmaschine die Übertragungszylinder und die Formzylinder der Druckwerke derart in eine Druckanstellung überführt, dass dieselben ausschließlich über einen Schmitzringkontakt derselben aufeinander abrollen, wobei Reglerparameter von Antriebsreglern der Direktantriebe derart eingestellt werden, dass über die Direktantriebe ein konstantes bzw. quasikonstantes Antriebsmoment in die Formzylinder eingetrieben wird, wobei Sollwerte und Istwerte der Antriebsregler der Direktantriebe und/oder Regelabweichungen zwischen den Sollwerten und den Istwerten der Antriebsregler der Direktantriebe erfasst werden, und wobei die Regelabweichungen dem Geometriefehler der Druckwerke der Bogendruckmaschine entsprechen.The invention relates to a method for operating a sheet-fed printing press, which comprises a plurality of printing units, each with a counter-pressure cylinder, a rolling on the impression cylinder transfer cylinder, a rolling cylinder on the transfer cylinder, an inking unit and preferably a dampening unit, wherein between the impression cylinders of adjacent printing units each at least one sheet guiding cylinder is positioned to transport printed sheets to be printed by the printing units, and wherein in the continuous printing operation of at least the impression cylinder and the transfer cylinder of each printing unit is driven by at least one main drive of the sheet-fed press and the forme cylinder of each printing unit via a same direct drive own motor and synchronous to the transfer cylinder of the respective printing unit , According to the invention, to determine a geometry error of the printing units of the sheet-fed printing press, the transfer cylinders and the forme cylinders of the printing units are transferred into a pressure position such that they roll over one another exclusively via a bearer ring contact, controller parameters of drive controllers of the direct drives being set in such a way that via the direct drives a constant or constant speed is achieved ., Quasikonstantes drive torque is driven into the form cylinder, with setpoints and actual values of the drive controller of the direct drives and / or control deviations between the setpoints and the actual values of the drive controller of the direct drives are detected, and wherein the deviations correspond to the geometry error of the printing units of the sheet-fed press.
