Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Werkzeug (3) zum Verdichten eines Sinterbauteils oder eines Pulvers für das Sinterbauteil, mit einem Spannelement (10) und einem radial in Bezug auf seine Abmessungen veränderlichen Verdichtungselement (11) mit einer Anlagefläche für das Sinterbauteil bzw. das Pulver, die mit einer zur Oberfläche des herzustellenden Sinterbauteils komplementären Oberfläche ausgebildet ist, wobei das Spannelement (10) eine schräge erste Fläche (12) und das Verdichtungselement (11) eine dazu komplementäre schräge zweite Fläche (13) aufweisen und die erste und die zweite schräge Fläche (12, 13) zur Spreizung bzw. Aufweitung oder Verkleinerung des Verdichtungselementes (11) zusammenwirken, und wobei das Spannelement (10) und/oder das Verdichtungselement (11) in axialer Richtung verschiebbar ist bzw. sind, sowie gegebenenfalls mit einem Stützelement (9).
