This results in a very strong peak 18 of the total fluid flow output 13.
  • the spacing function is implemented as a simple condition. If a full-stroke pumping cycle is in its peak fluid output flow phase (see interval B in Fig. 8 ), no part-stroke pumping cycle will be initiated. This will lead to a much smoother total fluid output flow 13.

Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Ansteuern einer Fluidarbeitsmaschine (1), aufweisend zumindest eine Arbeitskammer (4) mit einem zyklisch veränderlichen Volumen, eine Hochdruck-Fluidverbindung, eine Niederdruck-Fluidverbindung und zumindest ein elektrisch angesteuertes Ventil (10) zur Verbindung der Arbeitskammer (4) mit der Hochdruck-Fluidverbindung und/oder der Niederdruck-Fluidverbindung, wobei die Pumptakte und/oder die Antriebstakte der Arbeitskammer über eine geeignete Ansteuerung des elektrisch ansteuerbaren Ventils (10) gesteuert werden, wobei die Ansteuerung des elektrisch angesteuerten Ventils (10) durch eine Zeitentwicklungsfunktion angepasst wird, welche die zeitliche Entwicklung des Fluidfluss-Bedarfs auf der Hochdruckseite und/oder die zeitliche Entwicklung der Pumptakte/Antriebstakte der Arbeitskammer (4) berücksichtigt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitentwicklungsfunktion eine Variable aufweist, welche ein Maß für den Fluidfluss-Bedarf darstellt, wobei für die Variable ein Grenzwert gewählt wird, derart, dass ein Pumptakt/Antriebstakt vor dem eigentlichen Bedarf begonnen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Zeitentwicklungsfunktion einen Pumptakt/Antriebstakt für eine Mehrzahl von Arbeitskammern (4) und/oder bei einer Mehrzahl von Phasen des Arbeitszyklusphasen der einzelnen Arbeitskammern (4) triggern kann.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitentwicklungsfunktion einer Beabstandungsfunktion aufweist, derart, dass aufeinanderfolgende Pumptakte/Antriebstakte, insbesondere die Phasen maximaler Fluidflussabgabe zweier aufeinanderfolgender Pumptakte/Antriebstakte, auf eine solche Weise zeitlich zueinander beanstandet werden, dass der in den Hochdruck-Sammler ausgestoβene Fluidfluss geglättet wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitentwicklungsfunktion eine Vektor-Variable aufweist, welche ein Maß für die Zeitabhängigkeit des freigesetzten Fluidflusses im Verlauf eines Pumptaktes darstellt.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von elektrisch angesteuerten Ventilen (10) gesteuert wird
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumptakte/Antriebstakte, insbesondere der Beginn der Pumptakte/Antriebstakte der Arbeitskammern (4) wechselseitig außer Phase liegen.
  7. Fluidarbeitsmaschine (1), aufweisend zumindest eine Arbeitskammer (4) mit zyklisch veränderlichem Volumen, eine Hochdruck-Fluidverbindung, eine Niederdruck-Fluidverbindung, zumindest ein elektrisch ansteuerbares Ventil (10) zur Verbindung der Arbeitskammer mit der Hochdruck-Fluidverbindung und/oder der Niederdruck-Fluidverbindung sowie zumindest einer elektronischen Steuereinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuereinheit ein Zeitentwicklungsberücksichtigungsmittel aufweist, welches derart ausgebildet und eingerichtet ist, dass die elektronische Steuereinheit ein Verfahren gemäß zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 durchführt.
