Abstract
Verfahren zur Reinigung, insbesondere zur Entkalkung, eines Systems (26), bestehend aus einem Tank (26.1) zur Bevorratung von Wasser und einem Durchlauferhitzer (26.2) zur Erzeugung von Wasserdampf für einen Behandlungsraum (2) eines Haushaltsgeräts, wobei der Tank (26.1) und der Durchlauferhitzer (26.2) sowohl an dem dampfseitigen wie auch an dem wasserseitigen Ende des Durchlauferhitzers (26.2) miteinander fluidleitend verbunden sind und das Verfahren die nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritte in der angegebenen Reihenfolge aufweist:
- Füllen des Tanks (26.1) und des Durchlauferhitzers (26.2) mit einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit, zumindest bis der Füllstand eine Höhe (40) erreicht hat, bei der an der fluidleitenden Verbindung (32) an dem dampfseitigen Ende des Durchlauferhitzers (26.2) zwischen Tank (26.1) und Durchlauferhitzer (26.2) ein durchgehender Flüssigkeitsspiegel ausgebildet ist, so dass in dem System (26) ein Naturumlauf der Reinigungsflüssigkeit ermöglicht ist,
- Einschalten des Durchlauferhitzers (26.2) und Regeln der Temperatur der Flüssigkeit in dem System (26) auf eine vorher festgelegte Soll-Temperatur, so dass sich in dem System (26) ein Naturumlauf der Reinigungsflüssigkeit ergibt,
- Füllen des Tanks (26.1) mit einer vorher festgelegten Menge an Spülflüssigkeit nach einer vorher festgelegten Reinigungsdauer unter Beibehaltung des Naturumlaufs und
- Ausschleusen des Gemisches aus Reinigungs- und Spülflüssigkeit aus dem System (26).
Method for cleaning, in particular for descaling, a system (26), comprising a tank (26.1) for storing water and a water heater (26.2) for generating steam for a treatment chamber (2) of a domestic appliance, the tank (26.1) and the instantaneous water heater (26.2) are fluid-conductively connected to one another both at the steam-side and at the water-side end of the instantaneous water heater (26.2), and the method comprises the following process steps in the order indicated:
- Filling the tank (26.1) and the water heater (26.2) with a cleaning liquid, at least until the level has reached a level (40) at the at the fluid-conducting connection (32) at the steam-side end of the water heater (26.2) between tank ( 26.1) and water heater (26.2) a continuous liquid level is formed, so that in the system (26) a natural circulation of the cleaning liquid is made possible,
- turning on the flow heater (26.2) and controlling the temperature of the liquid in the system (26) to a predetermined setpoint temperature such that a natural circulation of the cleaning liquid results in the system (26),
- filling the tank (26.1) with a predetermined amount of flushing fluid after a predetermined period of cleaning while maintaining natural circulation and
- Outward discharge of the mixture of cleaning and rinsing fluid from the system (26).
