Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine trennbare mechanische Kupplung, die drehstarr und fest einen Werkzeugträger (200) mit einem Werkzeug (210) verbindet. Die Kupplung umfasst zwei verschiedene Baugruppen (10,40), die mittels eines Exzentergetriebes (70,71) axial verspannbar sind.
Dazu sind in der ersten Baugruppe (10) als Exzentergetriebe (70,71) eine Exzenterwelle (71) und ein Spannbolzen (91,94,97) gelagert. In der zweiten Baugruppe (40) ist eine Kupplungsausnehmung (52) angeordnet, in der der Spannbolzen (91,94,97) zum Kuppeln radial und axial zur Anlage kommt. In einem ersten Schritt ist zum Kuppeln die zweite Baugruppe (40) auf den Spannbolzen (91,94,97) axial aufschiebbar. In einem zweiten Schritt ist die zweite Baugruppe (40) gegenüber dem Spannbolzen (90,94,97) verschwenkbar. In einem dritten Schritt sind beide Baugruppen (10,40) axial und radial verspannbar.
Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird eine Kupplung entwickelt, die bei geringer Baugröße einfach, sicher und ohne großen Kraftaufwand zu handhaben ist.
