Claims (2)
- Ensemble du chauffage a résistance électrique, comprenant un corps céramique (1) et un sous-ensemble de résistance (A), dans lequel te sub-ensemble de résistance (A) est fabriqué dans un fil de section circulaire isolés au température, et les ouvertures libres du corps céramique (1) étant remplis d'un adhésif, caractérisé en ce que, en vue d'assurer le bon fonctionnement à des températures maximum de 500 degrés Celsius, le corps céramique (1) a une forme rectangulaire et est réalisée d'une matériau non hygroscopique avec 0% porosité, avec ses extrémités remplie d'un adhésif thermo-résistant (10), et l'ensemble de résistance (A) est fixé entre deux plaques de micanite (2) et monté à l'intérieur d'une ouverture rectangulaire (a) qui est coupé à l'intérieur du corps céramique (1), le sous-ensemble de résistance (A) comprenant un premier support de micanite (3) et un second support de micanite (5), le premier support de micanite (3) comportent un fil de résistance (4) enroulé autour de lui et les extrémités non isolé du fil (4) étant isolé par les deux plaques de micanite (2) entre lesquels le sous-ensemble (A) est affiché, la charge de la résistance électrique étant effectuée au moyen de deux câbles électriques flexibles (8) avec une double isolation thermique (9).
- Ensemble du chauffage a résistance électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil de résistance (4) est un fil Kanthal (4).
