  • the resistor 20 is powered even when the tub is not filled with water and therefore said resistor 20 is not submerged; in this case its temperature increases very greatly, until it reaches a few hundreds of degrees, and since the resistor makes contact with said bracket 11, the latter may melt or even set fire to the plastic tub inside which it is inserted.

Claims (3)

  1. Haushaltswaschmaschine vom Frontladertyp, die einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Laugenbehälter mit einer horizontalen X-Achse umfasst, welche folgende Elemente aufweist:
    - eine Öffnung (2) für den Zugriff auf den Innenbereich, welche an einer der flachen, vertikalen Seitenflächen (3) angeordnet ist;
    - einen Heizwiderstand (20), der in einem kleinen Abstand vom unteren Abschnitt (4) des Laugenbehälters angeordnet ist und an einem seiner Enden (5) mit einem Eingriffmittel (6) verbunden ist, das in einem Loch (7) montiert ist, das in einer der flachen Seitenflächen (3) gebildet ist;
    - Befestigungsmittel, die geeignet sind, eine Verbindung mit dem im Verhältnis zu dem Laugenbehälter gegenüberliegenden Ende (9) des Widerstands (20) herzustellen, wobei die Befestigungsmittel mindestens einen Rückhalteteil umfassen, der an der Seitenfläche des Laugenbehälters gegenüber der Fläche (3) angeordnet ist, in der das Loch (7) gebildet ist, und im Wesentlichen so, dass er dem Loch (7) zugewandt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückhalteteil als dicker, flacher Bügel (11) ausgeführt ist und an seiner Kante (21), gegen das Loch (7) gerichtet, eine seitlich offene Einbuchtung (22) aufweist, die gegen das Loch (7) gerichtet ist, wobei das Ende (9) des Widerstands (20) gegenüber dem Ende (5), das mit dem Loch (7) verbunden ist, geeignet ist, in die Einbuchtung (22) einzugreifen, wenn der Widerstand am Laugenbehälter montiert ist, wobei der letzte Teil bzw. das Ende (9) des Widerstands (20) gegenüber dem Ende (5), das in das Loch (7) eingreift, im Wesentlichen frei von Widerstandsheizelementen ist.
  2. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Widerstand (20) die Form eines U oder eines sehr langen, offenen Rings hat, und dass der dicke, flache Bügel (11) in einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Ebene des "U" steht.
  3. Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laugenbehälter (1) aus thermoplastischem Material gefertigt ist und dass die Rückhalteteile (10, 11) einstückig mit dem Laugenbehälter ausgebildet sind.
