  • Figure 7 also shows a handle 33 mounting element 34 fixed to the mobile frame 2 of the window by respective second screws 35, and a cap 36 for covering the mounting element 34 of the handle 33. Also shown are a grub screw 37 used to fasten the handle 33 to the coupling pin 38 and a seal 39 interposed between the handle and the cap 36 to prevent unwanted infiltration of water.
  • the operating device 1 is fixed to the mobile frame 2 of the window.
  • the operating device 1 is coupled to the locking device 3. More specifically, the rods 4 of the locking device 3 are inserted into the respective grooves in such a way that the holes made in the vicinity of their ends are positioned near each fastening element 7.
  • the installer acts on each fastening element 7 through the above described access means 21 in such a way as to move the fastening elements 7 until the pin 10 on each fastening element 7 is coaxially aligned with the hole in the respective rod 4. Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de fonctionnement pour portes et fenêtres comprenant :
    - au moins un organe d'entraînement (5) qui peut s'associer à un dispositif de verrouillage (3) pour déplacer le dispositif de verrouillage (3) entre une configuration de verrouillage porte/fenêtre et une configuration de déverrouillage porte/fenêtre le long d'une première direction (D1) parallèle à l'axe principal le long duquel se développe le dispositif de fonctionnement (1) ; l'organe d'entraînement (5) comprenant un guide (8), se développant le long d'une seconde direction (D2) perpendiculaire à la première direction (D1), et mobile avec lui le long de la première direction (D1) ; l'organe d'entraînement (5) comprenant également un élément de fixation (7) pour fixer le dispositif de verrouillage (3) à l'organe d'entraînement (5), coulissant librement sur le guide (8) le long de la seconde direction (D2) ;
    - des moyens de commande (6) agissant sur l'organe d'entraînement (5) pour faire basculer le dispositif de verrouillage (3) de la configuration de verrouillage à la configuration de déverrouillage ; le dispositif de fonctionnement se caractérisant en ce que l'élément de fixation comprend un coulisseau (7) monté coulissant sur le guide (8) et une goupille (10) dépassant du coulisseau et conçue pour se loger dans un orifice situé sur le dispositif de verrouillage (3) et en ce que le guide (8) comprend une paroi de base (13) et deux parois latérales opposées (14) se développant le long de la seconde direction (D2) ; le guide (8) ayant également une rainure (15) sur chaque paroi latérale (14).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend aussi des moyens (21) pour accéder à l'élément de fixation (7).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (7) comprend au moins une languette (16) logée dans la rainure (15) sur le guide (8).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également un corps de retenue (17) formant une glissière (V) pour l'organe d'entraînement (5) ; ledit corps de retenue (17) comprenant une paroi de fond (18).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accès (21) comprennent une encoche (22) réalisée sur la paroi de fond (18) du corps de retenue (17) pour donner accès à la glissière (V).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le guide comprend une paroi de base (13) et en ce que les moyens d'accès (21) comprennent aussi une ouverture (23) réalisée sur la paroi de base (13) du guide (8).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'encoche (22), sur la paroi de fond (18) du corps de retenue (17), peut se mettre au-dessus de l'ouverture (23), sur la paroi de base (13) du guide (8), pour donner accès à l'élément de fixation (7), de sorte à déplacer ce dernier le long de la seconde direction (D2).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (7) présente une fente (24), située sur une surface de fond (7a) du coulisseau (9), en face de la paroi de base (13) du guide (8) ; la fente (24) étant accessible par les moyens d'accès (21) pour déplacer l'élément de fixation (7).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'entraînement (5) comprend aussi une crémaillère (25) associée au guide (8).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le guide (8) et la crémaillère (25) forment une seule pièce.
  11. Dispositif selon les revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande (6) comprennent un pignon (26) qui se met en prise avec la crémaillère (25).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une paire d'organes d'entraînement (5), chacun se rapprochant/s'éloignant l'un de l'autre.
