Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Uhr, insbesondere eine Armbanduhr (1), sowie eine Juwelierware, insbesondere ein Schmuckstück welche unverlierbar mit einem elektronischen Speicher (2) versehen sind, in welchem Daten eines Zertifikates gespeichert sind, und wobei die Uhr (1) bzw. die Juwelierware eine Schnittstelle (5) aufweist, über welche sich die Daten abfragen und auf Echtheit überprüfen lassen. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein System aus mindestens einer Uhr (1) und/oder einer Juwelierware, insbesondere eines Schmuckstücks, mit mindestens einem Abfragegerät (10), welches eine Schnittstelle (11) hat, über welches es über die Schnittstelle (5) der Uhr (1) bzw. Juwelierware mit dieser kommuniziert und Daten eines Zertifikates aus dem Speicher (2) abfragen kann.
