Claims (12)

  1. Beweglicher Träger für Vorhang, der umfasst: einen hohlen Abschnitt (11), der geeignet ist, um an einer Wand oder an der Decke befestigt zu werden, und der eine Vorderseite (13) hat, Mittel zum Halten des Vorhangs (14, 15; 25), Handhabungsmittel, die geeignet sind, um das Senken und das Heben des Haltemittels relativ zu dem hohlen Abschnitt (11) zuzulassen, wobei die Handhabungsmittel wenigstens ein Paar Seile (16, 17) umfassen, die im Inneren des Abschnitts aufgerollt/abgerollt werden und ein Ende an dem Vorhanghaltemittel befestigt haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt mit Abstandshalterelementen (20, 26) verbunden ist, die geeignet sind, um die Bewegung des Vorhanghaltemittels in einer vertikalen Ebene (α) relativ zu der Vertikalebene, auf der die Vorderseite (13) des hohlen Abschnitts (11) liegt, parallel und vorgerückt zuzulassen, wobei die Abstandshalterelemente (20) für jedes Seil (16, 17) eine Platte oder einen Lappen (21) umfassen, der an der Unterseite an dem Abschnitt (11) eingehängt ist, wobei in der Platte oder dem Lappen (21) ein Loch (23) für den Durchtritt eines Seils (16, 17) von Innen aus dem hohlen Abschnitt (11) heraus gemacht ist.
  2. Träger nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Abstandshalterelement (20) zischen einer inaktiven zurückgezogenen Position, in der die Vorhangträgermittel in einer normalen Verwendungsposition sind, und einer aktiven vorgerückten Position, in der es das Seil (16, 17) führt, um in einer parallelen und vorgerückten Ebene relativ zu der Vorderseite (13) des Abschnitts vertikal zu gleiten.
  3. Träger nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Mittel zum Halten des Vorhangs wenigstens ein Paar von Haltearmen (14) für eine Stange (15) zum Halten des Vorhangs, einer Markise oder ähnlichem umfassen, wobei die Arme geeignet sind, um auf der Vorderseite (13) des hohlen Abschnitts (11) zu lagern.
  4. Träger nach Anspruch 3, wobei der hohle Abschnitt (11) eine untere oder Bodenseite (13') aufweist, und wobei jeder Arm (14) eine Basis bzw. einen Sockel (14') umfasst, um auf der Vorderseite (13) des Abschnitts (11) zu lagern, wobei der Abstand zwischen der vertikalen Gleitebene der Seile und der durch die Vorderseite (13) definierten Ebene ausgewählt wird, um zu verhindern, dass der Haltesockel (14') der Arme (14) in dem Hebeschritt mit der Unterseite (13`) des Abschnitts (11) ins Gehege kommt.
  5. Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Abschnitte, wobei die Platte oder der Lappen (21) an einer jeweiligen Unterbrechungsstelle (22) positioniert ist, die in der Vorderseite (13) des Abschnitts (11) erhalten wird.
  6. Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Platte (21) geeignet ist, sich um einen horizontalen Stift (21') zwischen einer inaktiven Position, die im Wesentlichen vertikal ist, und einer aktiven Position, die im Wesentlichen horizontal ist, zu drehen, wobei sie von der Vorderseite (13) des Abschnitts (11) vorsteht.
  7. Träger nach Anspruch 7, wobei an jeder Unterbrechungsstelle in dem hohlen Abschnitt (11) ein Anschlagelement (24) bereitgestellt ist, das geeignet ist, die Platte (21) in der im Wesentlichen vertikalen Position zu sperren.
  8. Träger nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei der Sockel (14') der Arme (14) eine Haltefläche aufweist, die größer als die Fläche der Platte (21) ist, so dass der Sockel (14') an der Vorderseite (13) des Abschnitts (11) anliegt, wenn die Arme angehoben werden, um in der Verwendungsposition gesperrt zu werden.
  9. Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Handhabungsmittel ein Seilscheibensystem, das von einer Untersetzungseinheit mit manueller oder elektrischer Betätigung gesteuert wird, das am Ende des hohlen Abschnitts (11) bereitgestellt ist, und Reibungsmittel umfassen, die geeignet sind, um ein korrektes Festziehen der Seile (16, 17) sicherzustellen.
  10. Träger nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Seilscheibensystem umfasst: wenigstens eine erste und eine zweite Seilscheibe (30, 31) mit der Drehachse, die horizontal und orthogonal zu der Vorderseite (13) des Abschnitts (11) ist, deren Drehung direkt durch die Untersetzungseinheit zum Aufrollen/Abrollen jeweiliger Seile zum Bewegen der Vorhangträgermittel gesteuert wird, eine dritte Seilscheibe (32) zum Rückführen eines Seils an das entgegengesetzte Ende des Abschnitts, vierte Seilscheiben (33) zum Rückführen jedes Seils zu einem jeweiligen Reibungsmittel (40) und fünfte Seilscheiben (34) mit vertikaler Drehachse zum Ablenken jedes Seils, das von den Reibungsmitteln kommt, in Richtung der Abstandshalterelemente.
  11. Träger nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Reibungsmittel (40) für jedes Seil (16, 17) ein elastisches Element, zum Beispiel eine Schraubenfeder (41), mit einem Ende, das mit einem Stift (42) verhakt ist, der im Wesentlichen an der Mitte des Abschnitts (13) fixiert ist, und einem anderen Ende umfassen, das mit einer Seilscheibe (33) versehen ist, die geeignet ist, um ein jeweiliges Seil aufzunehmen und zurückzuführen.
  12. Träger nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, wobei der Sockel jedes Arms (14) fixiert ist an einer Halterung bzw. Klammer (60) mit einem ersten Abschnitt (60a), mit dem das Seil 17 verbunden ist und der geeignet ist, wenn der Arm in der normalen Verwendungsposition ist, mit der Platte (21) des Trägers zu überlappen, einem Zwischenabschnitt (60b), der senkrecht zu dem ersten ist und geeignet ist, auf der Oberseite des Abschnitts (11) angeordnet zu werden, und einem dritten Abschnitt (60c), an dem der Sockel des Arms (14) fixiert ist, der senkrecht zu dem Zwischenabschnitt ist und geeignet ist, auf der Wand zu ruhen, an der die Vorrichtung fixiert ist.
