Claims (10)

  1. Porte de four comportant au moins un châssis de porte (10) et au moins un panneau de porte (12), où
    - le panneau de porte (12) est intégré dans le châssis de porte (10),
    - le châssis de porte (10) a une forme en U et est fixé directement à une portion extérieure d'au moins un panneau de porte (12) sur trois côtés circonférentiels dudit panneau de porte (12),
    - le châssis de porte (10) est réalisé en tant que partie moulée par injection en une pièce réalisée en un matériau résistant à des températures, et
    - le panneau de porte (12) est réalisé en un matériau résistant aux températures et au moins partiellement en un matériau transparent,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le châssis de porte (10) est produit autour du panneau de porte (12) en une seule étape, le panneau de porte (12) est fixé dans le châssis de porte (10) durant la même étape unique, et le panneau de porte (12) comprend au moins un trou (14) dans la portion extérieure du panneau de porte (12), où le trou (14) est pénétré ou rempli par un matériau (16) de la partie moulée par injection, où de préférence le trou (14) est agencé dans un coin du panneau de porte (12).
  2. Porte de four selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le panneau de porte (12) est réalisé comme une feuille sensiblement rectangulaire.
  3. Porte de four selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'à chaque portion d'extrémité du châssis de porte en forme de U (10), au moins un des trous (14) est agencé dans le panneau de porte (12).
  4. Porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le panneau de porte (12) est réalisé en verre ou en plastique transparent et/ou en ce que le châssis de porte (10) est réalisé en un matériau polymère, en particulier un matériau thermoplastique et/ou en un seul matériau polymère.
  5. Porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le châssis de porte (10) comprend au moins une portion qui est réalisée comme une partie profilée (18).
  6. Porte de four selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la portion extérieure du châssis de porte (10) est réalisée comme une ou plusieurs parties profilées (18).
  7. Porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la porte du four est prévue pour un four de cuisson, de préférence pour l'usage domestique.
  8. Porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le panneau de porte (12) comprend au moins une grille de protection pour la protection contre des ondes électromagnétiques et/ou en ce que la porte de four est réalisée pour un four à micro-ondes, où de préférence le panneau de porte (12) couvre la section transversale de l'espace intérieur du four à micro-ondes.
  9. Procédé de production d'une porte de four avec au moins un châssis de porte (10) et au moins un panneau de porte (12), où ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes:
    - réaliser au moins un panneau de porte (12) réalisé en un matériau résistant aux températures et au moins partiellement en un matériau transparent, et
    - mouler par injection le châssis de porte (10) le long de trois côtés circonférentiels du panneau de porte (12) avec un matériau résistant aux températures, de telle sorte que le châssis de porte (10) a une forme en U et s'applique directement à une portion extérieure du panneau de porte (12) sur trois côtés circonférentiels dudit panneau de porte (12), le panneau de porte (12) est intégré dans le châssis de porte (10), et le châssis de porte (10) est réalisé comme une partie moulée par injection en une pièce,
    caractérisé en ce que le châssis de porte (10) est produit autour du panneau de porte (12) par une seule étape, le panneau de porte (12) est fixé dans le châssis de porte (10) durant la même étape unique, et le panneau de porte (12) comprend au moins un trou (14) dans la portion extérieure du panneau de porte (12), où le trou (14) est pénétré ou rempli par le matériau (16) de la partie moulée par injection, où de préférence le trou (14) est agencé dans un coin du panneau de porte (12).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le procédé est réalisé pour produire une porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
