Claims (5)

  1. Système de fermeture pour bouteilles et réci-pients de différents types,contenant des liquides tels que du vin, des substances alcooliques et hydro-alcooliques, de l'huile et similaires, et prévu avec un goulot fileté dans lequel une butée correspondante de type classique est forcée et extraite au moyen du même système, pour distri-buer les liquides, ayant une première partie de composant (5) adaptée pour être vissée et dévis-sée par rapport audit goulot (12) respectivement pendant l'embouteillage et le débouchage de la bouteille ou du récipient ; une deuxième partie de composant (6) adaptée pour être insérée sur une profondeur déterminée dans un butée (26) ; une troisième partie de composant (7) adaptée pour être logée de manière amovible dans ladite première partie de composant (5) et pour coopérer avec ladite deuxième partie de composant (6) ; et une quatrième partie de composant (8) adaptée pour être appliquée de manière amovible sur lesdites première, deuxième et troisième parties de composant (5, 6, 7) pour la fermeture, le système étant réalisé de sorte que lorsque ladite première partie de composant (5) est vissée sur ledit goulot (12), ladite butée (26) reste insé-rée de manière hermétique dans ce même goulot, et lorsque ladite première partie de composant (5) est dévissée dudit goulot (12) et levée pro-gressivement de celui-ci, conjointement à ladite quatrième partie de composant (8), également ladite butée (26) est levée jusqu'à son extrac-tion complète, dans la condition dans laquelle également ladite troisième partie de composant (7) est levée et fournit le soulèvement de ladite deuxième partie de composant (6), cependant en empêchant cette dernière de tourner, ladite première partie de composant comprend au moins un manchon allongé (5), de préférence de forme cylindrique, prévu avec une pièce allongée infé-rieure (10) ayant un trou de passage fileté (11) dimensionné afin d'être adapté sur le filetage externe correspondant dudit goulot (12), et une pièce supérieure courte (14) ayant une dimension externe légèrement supérieure à celle de ladite pièce allongée inférieure (10) et prévue avec un trou de passage (15) communiquant avec ledit trou de passage fileté (11) et formée pour loger ladite troisième partie de composant (7) et définissant une fente circulaire (18) pour loger ladite quatrième pièce de composant de fermeture (8), ladite deuxième partie de composant comprend au moins un ancrage (6) prévu avec une partie inférieure (22) ayant une forme tronconique pro-gressivement rétrécie vers la partie d'extrémité inférieure (23), et prévu avec une pointe pointue inférieure(24), prévue également avec une vis filetée hélicoïdale gauche (25) adaptée pour être vissée dans la butée (26), ladite partie infé-rieure (22) se terminant au niveau de sa partie supérieure avec un pivot de cône (27) adapté pour réaliser l'étanchéité du trou produit par l'insertion de ladite vis (25) dans la butée (26), ladite deuxième partie de composant compre-nant également une tête supérieure (29) formée avec un ensemble de parties tronconiques (30), identiques et ayant la même taille, espacées de manière adéquate axialement les unes des autres et orientées de sorte que leur base plus large plate (30) est agencée dans une position infé-rieure, afin de changer à volonté, en fonction de la hauteur de chaque butée (26), la profondeur de pénétration de ladite vis (25) dans la même butée, ladite troisième partie de composant comprend au moins un écrou annulaire d'ancrage (7) formé par une partie inférieure (35) ayant une forme tronconique entraînée en rotation avec le bas, traversée par un trou de passage interne (36) où l'on prévoit plusieurs dents élastiques (37) qui sont espacées à égale distance les unes des autres et, au niveau de leurs parties d'extrémité supérieure (39), fléchissent vers l'intérieur dudit trou de passage (36), qui sont adaptées pour mettre en prise à la hauteur souhaitée, les parties tronconiques (30) correspondantes de forme circulaire dudit ancrage (6) pour ajuster la profondeur de pénétration de ladite vis (25) dans la butée (26), ledit écrou annulaire (7) étant également formé par une partie supérieure (40) de forme cylindrique, ayant un diamètre externe plus grand que celui de la partie inférieure (35) et formé avec un bord circulaire plat (41) adapté pour être agencé sur le bord circulaire interne (20) correspondant prévu dans ledit manchon (5), pendant l'assem-blage des différentes parties de composant du système, et ladite quatrième partie de composant comprend une capsule de fermeture (8) constituée par une partie supérieure (46) de forme cylin-drique, ayant une taille légèrement inférieure à celle dudit manchon (5), caractérisé en ce que ladite fente circulaire (18) est prévue avec un ensemble d'encoches verticales (19) inclinées vers le goulot sous-jacent (12), afin de trans-porter à l'intérieur de la bouteille ou du récipient, les restes des boissons déversées, en les empêchant d'être collectés dans cette fente et de porter ainsi préjudice à l'arôme et à la pureté de cette boisson, et une partie inférieure (49) de forme cylindrique de ladite capsule de fermeture (8) est constituée avec un diamètre légèrement inférieur à celui de ladite partie supérieure (46) et formée avec un bord plat circulaire (50) adapté pour être posé sur le bord d'extrémité supérieure (21) correspondant dudit manchon (5).
  2. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite tête (29) est prévue au niveau de sa surface d'extrémité supérieure (32) avec un siège évidé (33), formé et dimen-sionné pour adapter à l'intérieur de celui-ci des saillies correspondantes prévues sur l'équipement pour visser ladite vis (25) dans la butée (26).
  3. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie supérieure (40) a un trou de passage interne (42) communi-quant avec ledit trou de passage (36) et ayant un diamètre supérieur au sien, et est prévu avec des dents rigides périphériques (44) espacées à égale distance les unes des autres, adaptées pour permettre de légers déplacements latéraux à l'inté-rieur du siège de logement dudit manchon (5) et de ladite capsule de fermeture (8), et pour empê-cher les déplacements latéraux de ce même écrou annulaire.
  4. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie inférieure (49) est prévue avec un trou borgne fileté interne (52), dont le filetage est adapté pour mettre en prise de manière amovible le filetage externe correspondant dudit goulot (12) afin de fermer hermétiquement la bouteille ou le réci-pient après l'extraction de la butée (26) et le retrait de tous les autres composants du système, le fond dudit trou borgne (52) étant constitué par un matériau légèrement plus souple que le reste de la capsule et étant prévu avec une petite saillie centrale (53) adaptée pour garan-tir un joint d'étanchéité hermétique parfait lorsque ladite capsule (8) est vissée sur ledit goulot (12), avec ou sans ledit manchon (5), réalisant ainsi la fonction de butée.
  5. Système de fermeture selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que son assemblage est prévu en insérant tout d'abord la butée (26) dans le goulot (12) de la bouteille ou du récipient, et ensuite en vissant ledit ancrage (6) dans la butée insérée, et ensuite en appliquant les parties de composant du système restantes ou en insérant tout d'abord ledit ancrage (6) dans la butée (26) et en insérant ensuite cette dernière dans le goulot (12), avec l'application succes-sive des parties de composant restantes, dans lequel les autres parties de composant sont appliquées en vissant ledit manchon complètement sur le goulot (12), en introduisant ledit écrou annulaire d'ancrage (7) dans son siège de loge-ment dudit manchon (5), de sorte que ses dents élastiques (37) mettent en prise l'une desdites parties tronconiques (30) dudit ancrage (6), à une hauteur telle qu'elle permet la pénétration correcte dans la butée (26) de ladite vis (25) du même ancrage, et en appliquant ladite capsule de fermeture (8) sur ledit manchon (5), en pénétrant avec sa partie inférieure (49) dans la fente circulaire (18) correspondante dudit manchon (5).
