Claims (12)

  1. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) avec un boîtier extérieur (10), qui se compose d'au moins un élément formant couvercle (15), d'au moins un élément formant pied (16), de deux éléments formant parois frontales (11, 12) et de deux éléments formant parois latérales (13, 14) trapézoïdaux, disposés à distance l'un de l'autre, entourés par ces derniers, au moins un des éléments formant parois latérales (13, 14) présentant un évidement de réception d'une douille de guidage, avec au moins un insert de revêtement (20, 30) pouvant être inséré dans le boîtier extérieur (10) et qui comprend au moins un élément formant couvercle de revêtement (25), deux éléments latéraux de revêtement (21, 22) et deux éléments formant parois frontales de revêtement (23, 24) disposés à distance l'un de l'autre, entourés par ces derniers,
    caractérisé en ce
    - qu'un couvercle de la douille de guidage (40) est pressé contre l'élément formant paroi latérale (14) par le biais d'au moins trois brides (50) fixées sur l'élément formant paroi latérale à côté de l'évidement de réception d'une douille de guidage, et/ou
    - que l'élément formant pied (16) est relié, par le biais de plusieurs brides (70), à un élément de logement de base (17) qui est fixé à une cabine de sablage ou à une fondation,
    sachant que les brides (50, 70) sont fixées chacune par une vis (56, 76) avec un écrou (77), qui est inséré avec sa tête de vis dans une rainure en T (17.1, 17.2, 52.1) ouverte au moins d'un côté, au niveau de l'élément formant paroi latérale (14) ou au niveau du couvercle de la douille de guidage (40) et/ou au niveau de l'élément formant pied (16) ou au niveau de l'élément de base (17).
  2. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tête de vis et/ou l'écrou sont dotés de pans, l'ouverture de clé correspondant essentiellement à la largeur d'une partie large (17.2) de la rainure en T.
  3. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une cavité (17.3), qui se termine devant l'extrémité ouverte de la rainure en T, est réalisée dans le fond de la rainure en T (17.1, 17.2).
  4. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant couvercle de revêtement (25) peut être arrêté sur l'insert de revêtement (20) par le biais d'une bride (61, 61') qui est fixée au niveau d'un élément de logement de bride (62) sur le boîtier extérieur (10).
  5. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant couvercle de revêtement (25) présente au moins au niveau de deux arêtes extérieures opposées, un enfoncement (25.1) destiné à un élément de serrage (61) d'une bride (60) lequel s'y engage.
  6. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de logement de bride (62) présente une saillie (62.1) qui prend dans un évidement compatible dans l'élément formant paroi frontale (12) du boîtier (10).
  7. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les brides (50, 70) comprennent respectivement au moins un élément de serrage (51, 71), qui présente côté extrémité au moins une arête (51.1, 71.1) en saillie angulaire et est logé au niveau de l'élément de logement de bride (52, 62) ou au niveau de l'élément de base (17) de telle sorte qu'en cas de rotation autour d'un point de rotation déterminé par la position finale de la vis dans la rainure en T (17.1, 17.2, 52.1), chaque arête (51, 1, 71.1) de l'élément de serrage (51, 71) passe devant l'élément de logement de bride et qu'en cas de rotation autour d'un point de rotation qui en est éloigné, au moins une arête (51.7, 71.1) est bloquée dans la zone terminale de la rainure en T par correspondance de forme par l'élément de logement de bride (52).
  8. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins trois éléments de logement de bride (52), dans lesquels est introduite respectivement une rainure en T (52.1), sont montés au niveau de l'élément formant paroi latérale (14) du boîtier (10) autour de l'évidement de réception d'une douille de guidage.
  9. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que respectivement l'extrémité ouverte de la rainure en T (52.1) est disposée de manière opposée à l'évidement de réception d'une douille de guidage.
  10. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les rainures en T (52.1) s'étendent radialement, par rapport au centre du couvercle de la douille de guidage (40), vers l'extérieur.
  11. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de logement de bride (52) s'engage dans un évidement situé au bord extérieur du couvercle de la douille de guidage (40).
  12. Boîtier de turbine de grenaillage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments formant pied (16) sont des équerres de pied orientées l'une par rapport à l'autre de manière symétrique et parallèlement espacée.
