  • the mounting plate 33 has an elongated hole 35 for receiving the screw 34. The elongated hole 35 helps to compensate tolerances when retrofitting the security and access control system to an existing telecommunication cabinet.

Compared with Fig. 6 a) where the lever 31 points with its outer edge, which is opposite of the bolt 36, to the left the lever 31 is pushed into a position where it points to the right in Fig. 6 c) . In Fig. 6 d) the motor 17 is closed, the lever 31 is rotated back into the position of Fig. 6 a) (arrow C).
  • the control unit of the system according to the invention can be programmed in the way that the motor 17 always will move back into its closed stage after a certain amount of time has passed by. In that position the motor can be used again as an actuator to move the blocking means form its first position into its second position.

Claims (15)

  1. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès pour une armoire de télécommunications avec une porte (1), comprenant
    - des moyens de verrouillage (2, 3, 4) prévus pour être déplacés depuis une première position dans laquelle la porte est verrouillée et ne peut pas être ouverte, dans une deuxième position dans laquelle la porte peut être ouverte, les moyens de verrouillage (2, 3, 4) comprenant au moins une barre de verrouillage (2),
    - des moyens de blocage (12) prévus pour être déplacés depuis une première position dans laquelle les moyens de verrouillage (2, 3, 4) sont fixés et ne peuvent pas être déplacés dans une deuxième position dans laquelle les moyens de verrouillage (2, 3, 4) peuvent être déplacés,
    - des moyens de commande pour commander la position des moyens de blocage (12),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le système de sécurité et de commande d'accès comprend en outre des moyens de transmission (11) agencés entre les moyens de verrouillage (2, 3, 4) et les moyens de blocage (12), prévus pour transmettre un mouvement des moyens de verrouillage (2, 3, 4) en un mouvement des moyens de blocage (12) lorsque les moyens de blocage (12) sont dans leur deuxième position, et en ce que
    - les moyens de transmission (11) sont fixés au niveau de la barre de verrouillage (2) et coopèrent avec les moyens de blocage (12).
  2. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, pendant l'utilisation, la barre (2) est agencée à coulissement dans l'armoire.
  3. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la barre (2) est reliée à au moins une poignée (5).
  4. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les moyens de blocage (12) comprennent au moins une barre.
  5. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la barre est agencée de manière coulissante à l'intérieur du système de sécurité et de commande d'accès.
  6. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les moyens de blocage (12) comprennent au moins un câble Bowden (9).
  7. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les moyens de blocage (12) comportent un moteur (17) provoquant le mouvement des moyens de blocage (12).
  8. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel les moyens de transmission (11) comprennent une portion de réception (21) pour recevoir les moyens de blocage (12) dans leur première position.
  9. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la portion de réception (21) comprend un retrait (24) empêchant les moyens de verrouillage (2, 3, 4) de se déplacer quand les moyens de blocage (12) sont dans leur première position.
  10. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel les moyens de transmission (11) ont une portion de transmission (22) pour convertir un mouvement des moyens de verrouillage (2, 3, 4) en un mouvement des moyens de blocage (12).
  11. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la portion de transmission (22) comprend au moins une surface de glissement (22).
  12. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le système comprend au moins un capteur (S3, S4, S5) qui détecte la position des moyens de blocage (12).
  13. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le système comprend au moins un capteur (S1, S2) qui détecte la position du moteur (17).
  14. Système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel les moyens de blocage (12) comprennent au moins un élément cassable.
  15. Armoire de télécommunications avec une porte (1) et un système de sécurité et de commande d'accès selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14.
