Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung (100, 300) zum Befestigen eines Längsträgers (110) an einem Pfahl (102), der einen Schlitz (104) aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (100, 300) einen Schuh (106, 306) umfasst, der einen Vorsprung (202) und erste Verbindungsmittel (114, 314) aufweist, wobei der Vorsprung (202) dafür vorgesehen ist, dass er in den besagten Schlitz (104) eingeführt werden und sich auf die Innenwand des Pfahls (102) stützen kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ansatzstück (108, 308) des Längsträgers dafür vorgesehen ist mit dem Längsträger (110) verbunden zu sein, und zweite Verbindungsmittel (112, 120, 402) aufweisend, die dafür vorgesehen sind mit den besagten ersten Verbindungsmitteln (114, 314) zusammenzuwirken, sodass der Schuh (106, 306) und das Ansatzstück (108, 308) des Längsträgers miteinander verbunden werden,
    wobei die ersten Verbindungsmittel erste Mittel zum Drehen (114, 314) und die zweiten Verbindungsmittel zweite Mittel zum Drehen (112, 120, 402) aufweisen, die dafür vorgesehen sind eine schwenkbare Verbindung mit vertikaler Achse zwischen dem Schuh (106, 306) und dem Ansatzstück (108, 308) des Längsträgers zu bilden.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100, 300) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Verbindungsmittel (114, 314) und die zweiten Verbindungsmittel (112, 120, 402), wenn sie zusammenwirken sollen, im Inneren des Ansatzstücks (108) des Längsträgers angebracht sind.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Mittel zum Drehen (114) aus einem ersten zylindrischen Loch (114) gebildet werden, das im Körper des Schuhs (106) ausgebildet wurde und, dass die zweiten Mittel zum Drehen (112, 120) aus einem zweiten zylindrischen Loch (120), das im Körper des Ansatzstücks (108) des Längsträgers ausgebildet wurde, und aus einer Achse (112), die dafür vorgesehen ist sich in das erste zylindrische Loch (114) und in das zweite zylindrische Loch (120) einpassen zu lassen.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite zylindrische Loch (120) ein Sackloch ist.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Mittel zum Drehen (314) aus Backen (314) bestehen, die im Körper des Schuhs (106) ausgebildet sind, und dadurch, dass die zweiten Mittel zum Drehen (402) aus einem Zylinder (402) bestehen, der im Körper des Ansatzstücks (308) des Längsträgers ausgebildet ist und dafür vorgesehen ist sich zwischen den besagten Backen (314) einstecken zu lassen.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Mittel zum Drehen (314) aus einem Zylinder bestehen, der im Körper des Schuhs (306) ausgebildet ist und dadurch, dass die zweiten Mittel zum Drehen aus Backen bestehen, die im Körper des Ansatzstücks (308) des Längsträgers ausgebildet sind und dafür vorgesehen sind den besagten Zylinder zu umschließen.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Zylinder (402) durch das Abformen aus dem Gussstück einer metallischen Achse (312) gebildet wird.
  8. Zaun, der umfasst:
    - mindestens zwei Pfähle (102), von denen jeder mindestens einen Schlitz (104) aufweist;
    - mindestens einen Längsträger (110) und,
    - für jedes Ende des Längsträgers, eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (100, 300) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, deren Schuh (106, 306) sich in den entsprechenden Schlitz (104) einstecken lässt und wobei das entsprechende Ansatzstück (108, 308) des Längsträgers mit dem besagten Ende verbunden ist.
