Claims (16)
- Faltbare Stützstruktur, insbesondere für ein Wäschetrocknergestell, von dem Typus, der 2 Stützelemente (1, 2) umfasst, davon jedes mindestens umfassend einen Stiel (3, 4) und ein unteres Kreuzstück (5, 6) und ein oberes Kreuzstück (7, 8), die an den Enden (E1-4) der Stiele bereitgestellt sind und an jedem Stiel parallel zueinander und übereinander senkrecht zu einer Längsachse der Stiele (3, 4) angeordnet sind, um jeweils als Füße für die Struktur und als Stützen für ein Wäschehalteelement (9) zu wirken, das von den oberen Kreuzteilen (7, 8) gestützt werden soll, wobei die Struktur Gelenkmittel (10) umfasst, die zwischen den Enden (E1-4) bereitgestellt sind, um es der Struktur zu ermöglichen, eine Betriebsposition (0), in der die Stützelemente als ein "X" positioniert sind und die oberen Kreuzteile (7, 8) angeordnet sind, um das Halteelement (9) zu stützen, und eine Ruheposition (C) anzunehmen, in der die Stützelemente (1, 2) so nah beieinander wie möglich sind, um die Querabmessung (T1) der Struktur zu reduzieren; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützelemente (1, 2) derart geformt, dimensioniert und zusammen gelenkig gelagert sind, dass in der Ruheposition (C) die Kreuzteile (5-8) im Wesentlichen übereinander liegen, parallel und koplanar sind, um derart die Querabmessung (T1) der Struktur zu reduzieren, und in der Ruheposition (C) gleich lediglich der Querabmessung (T3) der Kreuzteile sind, wenn diese im Wesentlichen übereinanderliegen.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines (2) der Stützelement an jedem der Enden (E3, 4) der entsprechenden mindestens einen Stiele (4) mindestens einen Sitz (11, 12) ausbildet, um zumindest teilweise einen Abschnitt (P1, P2) der entsprechenden Kreuzteile (5, 7) des anderen Stützelements (1) aufzunehmen.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stiele (3, 4) unterschiedliche Höhen (H1, H2) haben.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 3 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der Stiel (4) mit größerer Höhe (H1) an seinen Enden (E3, 4) Sitze (11, 12) ausbildet, um die Kreuzteile (5, 7) des anderen Stiels (3) zumindest teilweise aufzunehmen.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkpunkt (P1, P2) der zwei Stiele (3, 4) eine Höhe (H3, H4) über dem Boden hat, die unterschiedlich für die zwei Stiele ist, um es den Abschnitten (P1, P2) der Kreuzteile (5, 7) zu ermöglichen, in den entsprechenden Sitzen (11, 12) aufgenommen werden zu können.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei der Enden (E1-E4) der Stiele (5-8) Querabmessungen (11) ausbilden, die geringer sind als diejenigen (T2) der übrigen der Stiele, um derart an den Enden Sitze (11, 12) zu definieren, um die Kreuzteile (5, 7) dann, wenn die Struktur in ihrer geschlossene Position (C) ist, zumindest teilweise aufzunehmen.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitze (11, 12) des entsprechenden Stiels (4) durch einfaches Einengen der Enden des Stiels erhalten werden, wobei der Stiel (4) aus einem röhrenförmigen Material gemacht ist.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitze (11, 12) aus einem im Wesentlichen flachen Teil (13, 14) des entsprechenden Stiels (4) ausgebildet werden, welcher eine wesentlich geringere Dicke (S1) als die Querabmessung (T2) des Stiels hat, wobei die geringere Dicke insbesondere geringer als 1/2 der Querabmessung (T2) ist.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitze (11, 12) an Positionen bereitgestellt sind, die gegeneinander um 180° um eine Längsachse des entsprechenden Stiels (4) rotiert sind.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 8 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kreuzteile (6, 8) des entsprechenden Stiels (4) auch an den Enden der flachen Sitze (11, 12) befestigt sind, um derart die Querabmessung (11) des kombinierten Kreuzteils (6, 8) und Stiels (4) zu reduzieren.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Stiele Enden (E1-4) ausbilden, die einen flachen Teil (13-16) umfassen, an welchem die entsprechenden Kreuzteile (5-8) befestigt sind, wobei die flachen Teile jeweils eins zu dem anderen um einen Winkel von 180° in jedem Stiel (3, 4) rotiert sind, wobei die flachen Teile an den Stielen (3 und 4) auf eine solche Art und Weise bereitgestellt sind, dass, wenn die Struktur geschlossen ist, diese Teile die äußersten Abschnitte der Struktur werden.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Stiele (3, 4) und die Kreuzteile (5-8) eine röhrenförmige Form aufweisen, vorzugsweise Metall.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkachse (A3) der Struktur parallel zu dem flachen Teil (13-16) der Stiele (3, 4) ist.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (9) eine Vielzahl von parallelen Streben (17), die an deren Enden an einem rechteckigen Rahmen (18) befestigt sind, und Teile (19) umfasst, um das Halteelement (9) an der Stützstruktur, die sich von jeder Ecke von einer der kürzeren Seiten des Rahmens (18) erstreckt, gelenkig zu lagern, wobei die Teile L-förmig sind, wobei der kleinere Arm (19A) in die Endlöcher eines der oberen Kreuzteile (7, 8) eingreifen kann, um das gelenkige Lagern auszubilden, wobei auf der anderen kürzeren Seite des Rahmens (18) die sich erstreckenden Hakenmittel (20) einen Haken (20A) ausbilden, um mit dem anderen oberen Kreuzteil (8) entfernbar einzugreifen.
- Struktur wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitze (11, 12) zum Aufnehmen eines Abschnitts der Kreuzteile in der Anzahl zwei betragen, wobei jedes auf einem unterschiedlichen Stiel (3, 4) bereitgestellt ist.
- Wäschetrocknergestell, umfassend eine faltbare Stützstruktur gemäß den technischen Eigenschaften von mindestens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche.
