Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a damping set, arranged in a Türumrahmung revolving door, arranged in or on the door leaf door fitting, arranged in or on the door frame frame fitting, a damping device which is arranged in the door fitting or frame fitting and a Dämpfungsvorrichtungsgegenstück, according to the frame fitting or is attached in the door fitting.
The present invention is based on the problem to develop a damping set for revolving doors, which begins to dampen the pivotal movement of the door, as soon as a fitting part of the door either a fitting part of the door frame or a fitting part of the wall carrying the door contacted.
This problem is solved with the features of the main claim. For this purpose, the damping device has a - equipped with at least one braking surface - brake catch, which is mounted in the door or frame fitting and pulled in this via a spring element in a rear position and held there. The damping device has a damper member which is arranged between the brake catch and the door or frame fitting. The damper counterpart has at least one trigger element with a leading edge to which the braking surface comes to rest when closing directly or indirectly, in order to brake the closing movement of the door leaf by the operation of the attenuator.
This damping device is activated only when the muted door is almost closed. As soon as the lock fitting of the door leaf contacts the frame fitting of the door frame, the door damping begins to act. Then the front edge of the lock fitting - depending on the wall thickness of the door leaf - only 10 to 25 millimeters away from the door frame seal according to FIG. 11.
The damping device, which generally works without Türzuhaltung is installed in the embodiments in a built-in door leaf lock box. But it can also be integrated in the fitting of the door frame. In this case, the triggering elements sit in or on the door leaf.
The damping set dampens any door closing movement, which can be initiated for example by the nature of the door hanger. Thus, it is possible to slightly incline the pivot axis of the door leaf to the frame. Also, the mutually facing end surfaces of the door hinges can be at least partially helically wound around their cones. Furthermore, the door leaf can be supported on the door frame via a lifting bar located near the door pivot axis. In all three cases, the weight of the door leaf is used to close the door. Alternatively, a floor spring, a door closer or a built-in coil integrated in the door hinge spring can be used. These variants produce the closing movement via preloaded mechanical springs.

Instead of the helical compression springs (86, 87) also flat-building leaf springs can be used, which slide along the lock bottom (41), on the lock cover (42) or on the brake catch (50) depending on the installation position.
In
Below the spring element (99), a gas or hydraulic damper (90) is arranged. Possibly. the damper (90) can also be based on a mechanical action principle. The cylinder (91) of the damper (90) is fixed to the brake catch (50), while the piston (92) and the piston rod (94) is articulated to the lock case (40). From the lock case (40) protrudes the braking bar (63) just so far that the braking surface (68) of the brake catch (50) the leading edge (123) of the frame fitting (24), for. 0.5 - 3 millimeters covered.
As soon as the closing door (1) comes into contact with the leading edge (123) via the braking surface (68), the braking surface (68) slides along the leading edge (123) while the brake catch (50) is pulled out. The extraction movement is damped by the extending damper piston (92). At the same time the tension spring (99) is tensioned. When the door is closed, the brake bridge (63) projects into the recess (115).
Since the door (1) approaches the frame fitting (24) with a pivoting movement, the braking surfaces do not come to rest flat against the leading edges. As a rule, the individual braking surface (68) slides along the leading edge of the casserole flank (123) and only fully engages in the final phase of the closing movement.
In order to avoid an abrasive edge wear, the leading edge (123) can be performed curved, see.
where ω = arcsin (W / L), the braking surface (68) tangentially engages the leading edge (123) over the entire sliding range.
The formulas apply only to a positive offset (V), the i.d.R. is always guaranteed, since the door pivot axis (2) is regularly at the height of the rollover. Such a design of the casserole curvature reduces the disturbing contact noise occurring between the fittings (14) and (24). In addition, the mutual wear of the contact surfaces is reduced by the significantly reduced surface pressure there.

Furthermore, a roller (124) is rotatably mounted on an axle (125) in the frame fitting (24) in the region of the leading edge (123). The axis (125) is positioned in the fitting (24) so that the cylindrical, radial outer surface (126), for example, projects a few tenths of a millimeter beyond the leading edge (123). As a result, the braking surface (68) can roll on the roller (124), at least in sections, with roller bearings. Instead of the roller (124), the rolling element used can also have the shape of a barrel or an elliptic stump. Also, the shape of the hook portion (59), in combination with the bearing and size of the roller (124) or barrel, may be constructed such that the braking surface (68) and / or (67) unrolls throughout the damping movement. Possibly. Alternatively, the rolling element (124) can also be arranged in the hook section (59), so that it rolls on the leading edge (123) of the frame fitting (24).
