Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Handstempel mit einer mittels einer Betätigungseinheit aus einer in ein Gehäuse zurückgezogenen Ruhestellung entgegen Federkraft in eine Abdruckstellung verschiebbaren, teilweise offenporigen Abdruckplatte, wie im einleitenden Teil von Anspruch 1 angegeben. Ein solcher Handstempel ist aus
Weiters bezieht sich die Erfindung auf eine Farb-Speicherkörpereinheit zur Speicherung von Stempelfarbe für eine teilweise offenporige Abdruckplatte eines solchen Pre-inked-Stempels, gemäß dem einleitenden Teil von Anspruch 16, wobei eine solche Farb-Speicherkörpereinheit für sich aus der
Handstempel wie einleitend angeführt werden üblicherweise als Pre-inked-Stempel (vorgefärbte Stempel) bezeichnet. Die zum Erzeugen der Stempelabdrücke erforderliche Stempelfarbe ist im Speicherkörper gespeichert, der die Stempelfarbe an die Abdruckplatte weiterleitet. Der Speicherkörper kann auf den verschiedensten Technologien basieren, wie etwa auf einem Salz-Auswaschverfahren, auf einem Gel-System oder auf einem Schaumstoff (Vinyl-Schaumstoff)-Verfahren, wobei sich insbesondere das Gel-System als vorteilhaft erwiesen hat. Es ist hierbei aber auch möglich, die Abdruckplatte und den Speicherkörper in einem einzigen Element zu integrieren, das die abzudruckende Stempelfarbe enthält (vgl. z.B.
Bei einem neueren Verfahren, dem so genannten Flash-System, wird bei einem offenporigen Schaumstoff-Material, wie z.B. EVA (Ethylen-Venyl-Acetat), zur Herstellung einer eigenen Abdruckplatte mittels kurzzeitigen Belichtungen ("Flash" - "Blitz", insbesondere mit Hilfe von Xenon-Leuchten) ein Verschließen von Poren des offenporigen Materials in jenen Bereichen herbeigeführt, wo kein Stempelabdruck zu erzeugen ist; in jenen Bereichen, in denen ein Stempelabdruck erzeugt werden soll, bleiben hingegen die Poren der Abdruckplatte offen. Um demgemäß das gewünschte Bild für den Stempelabdruck auf die Stempelplatten-Rohlinge aufzubringen, werden vorgeschnittene EVA-Platten in ein Belichtungsgerät gelegt, und zwar zusammen mit einer Folie, die das gewünschte Stempelabdruckbild aufweist, welches beispielsweise mit Hilfe eines Computers erzeugt wurde. Durch ein einmaliges oder mehrmaliges blitzartiges Beleuchten wird die Abdruckplatte erzeugt. Claims (20)

- The hand-operated stamp according to claim 1, characterised in that the connecting part (6) has two latching legs (14, 15) extending through openings (17, 18) on the upper side (20) of the housing (2) for latching engagement with a latch (35) provided on a wall part (24') of the retaining means (24).
- The hand-operated stamp according to claim 2, characterised in that the connecting part (6) is latched with an external handle part (5) of the actuating unit (3).

- The hand-operated stamp according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that in a pre-mounted position, the latching legs (14, 15) engage behind the rim of the openings (17, 18) on the upper side (20) of the housing (2) by means of latching projections (16) so as to connect the actuating unit (3) with the housing (2).
- The hand-operated stamp according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the latching legs (14, 15) include a cam surface (46) cooperating with the rim of the openings (17, 18) on the upper side (20) of the housing (2), wherein the latching legs (14, 15), when moving into the housing interior beyond the stroke provided when making a stamp imprint, are deflected by the cam surface (46) for releasing the retaining means (24).

- The ink storage member unit according to claim 16, characterised in that an, e.g., ring-shaped coupling member (26) is provided on the retaining means (24) for coupling the printing plate (27) to the storage member (25).
- The ink storage member unit according to claim 17, characterised in that in the operating position the coupling member (26) engages over the printing plate (27) at least in parts thereof.
- The ink storage member unit according to claim 17, characterised in that the coupling member (26) is mounted by, e.g., friction fit, on that side of the retaining element (24) which is arranged opposite the opening for attaching the printing plate (27).
- The ink storage member unit according to any one of claims 16 to 19, characterised in that for distributing ink over the storage member (25), radially extending, groove-shaped channels (45) join to the ink refilling openings (42, 43) in the bottom wall (24') of the trough.
