Abstract
Ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Regeln der Fadenspannung beim Aufwickeln band- oder fadenförmigen Gutes (4) auf einer Aufwickelmaschine, welche eine Anzahl von Spuleinheiten (13) aufweist, und bei jeder Spuleinheit das Spulgut über eine Tänzerrolle (8) einer auf einer von einem Motor (17) angetriebenen Spulspindel (2) sitzenden Spule (5) zugeführt wird, wobei die Position der gegen die Kraft einer Feder (14) versetzbaren Tänzerrolle (8) von einem Positionsgeber (20) erfasst wird, das Ausgangssignal (iα) des Positionsgebers als Istwertsignal und ein Referenzwert (sα)als Sollwertsignal einem Regelverstärker (19) zugeführt werden, und über das Ausgangssignal des Regelverstärkers der Motor so angesteuert wird, dass auf eine konstante Position der Tänzerrolle geregelt wird, wobei bei konstant gehaltener Vorspannung der Feder (14) zum Einstellen der Fadenspannung der Referenzwert (so) von einem zentralen Rechen- und Steuereinheit (21) vorgegeben wird.
