Claims (9)

  1. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale, ledit dispositif magnétique comprenant :
    au moins une plaquette de circuit imprimé (203, 204, 303) capable de former différents nombres de tours d'enroulements d'inducteur, ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé (203, 204, 303) constituant un enroulement primaire d'un transformateur planaire ;
    au moins deux plaques de cuivre planaires (205, 206) ou deux plaquettes de circuit imprimé (304, 305) pour constituer deux enroulements secondaires respectifs dudit transformateur planaire et
    une pluralité de bornes de sortie (207, 208 ou 306, 307) pour connecter électriquement ledit enroulement primaire dudit transformateur planaire et lesdits enroulements secondaires dudit transformateur planaire,
    ledit dispositif magnétique et ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé principale étant connectés électriquement par lesdites bornes de sortie (207, 208, 306, 307), les différentes structures de connexion de sortie d'enroulement étant formées par la disposition vers le haut d'un côté composant ou d'un côté brasage d'une pièce de ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé qui existe au moins (203, 204, 303) qui constitue ledit enroulement primaire,
    caractérisée en ce que
    ledit dispositif magnétique comprend une ou plusieurs paires de noyaux magnétiques montants et descendants symétriques en ferrite doux de type ER ou RM (201, 301, 302), dans lequel soit deux plaquettes de circuit imprimé (203, 204, 303) qui ont le même nombre de tours d'enroulement d'inducteur sont empilées avec les côtés composants respectifs placés en face l'un de l'autre pour former deux enroulements primaires, lesdits enroulements primaires étant connectés l'un à l'autre en série ou en parallèle au moyen d'une connexion de court-circuit avec ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé principale, soit deux plaquettes de circuit imprimé (203, 204, 303) qui ont différents nombres de tours d'enroulement d'inducteur sont empilées avec des côtés composants respectifs placés l'un en face de l'autre pour former deux enroulements primaires, et lesdits deux enroulements primaires sont connectés l'un à l'autre en série au moyen d'une connexion de court-circuit avec ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé principale.
  2. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle ledit enroulement primaire et ledit enroulement secondaire, ledit enroulement primaire et ledit enroulement primaire, ledit enroulement secondaire et ledit enroulement secondaire dudit transformateur planaire sont isolés électriquement respectivement l'un de l'autre par une ou plusieurs couches isolantes.
  3. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle deux pièces de ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé qui existe au moins (203, 204, 303, 304, 305) qui ont le même nombre de tours d'enroulement d'inducteur sont empilées en séquence pour constituer deux enroulements primaires en disposant vers le haut leurs côtés composants respectifs, ledit dispositif magnétique et ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé principale étant connectés électriquement par lesdites bornes de sortie (207, 208, 306, 307) et lesdits deux enroulements primaires étant connectés l'un à l'autre en parallèle au moyen de bornes (207, 208, 306, 307) directement sur ledit dispositif magnétique.
  4. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle lesdites deux plaques de cuivre planaires (205, 206) qui constituent lesdits deux enroulements secondaires constituent chacune un tour d'enroulement d'inducteur.
  5. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale selon la revendication 4 dans laquelle lesdites deux plaques de cuivre planaires (205, 206) sont empilées pour former lesdits deux enroulements secondaires, ledit dispositif magnétique et ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé principale étant connectés électriquement par lesdites bornes de sortie (207, 208, 306, 307), lesdits deux enroulements secondaires étant reliés l'un à l'autre en série ou en parallèle au moyen desdites bornes de sortie (207, 208, 306, 307) ou d'une connexion de court-circuit avec ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé principale.
  6. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle lesdites deux plaquettes de circuit imprimé (203, 204, 303, 304, 305) qui constituent lesdits deux enroulements secondaires ont le même nombre de tours d'enroulement d'inducteur.
  7. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale selon la revendication 6 dans laquelle deux plaquettes de circuit imprimé (203, 204, 303, 304, 305) qui ont le même nombre de tours d'enroulement d'inducteur sont empilées pour former lesdits deux enroulements secondaires, ledit dispositif magnétique et ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé principale étant connectés électriquement par lesdites bornes de sortie (207, 208, 306, 307) et lesdits deux enroulements secondaires étant reliés l'un à l'autre en série ou en parallèle au moyen desdites bornes de sortie (207, 208, 306, 307) ou d'une connexion de court-circuit avec ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé.
  8. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle deux plaques de cuivre planaires (205, 206) ou lesdites deux plaquettes de circuit imprimé (203, 204, 303, 304, 305) qui constituent lesdits deux enroulements secondaires sont empilées ensemble avec ladite plaquette de circuit imprimé qui constitue ledit enroulement primaire dans une configuration en sandwich.
  9. Combinaison d'un dispositif magnétique et d'une plaquette de circuit imprimé principale selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle lesdites plaquettes de circuit imprimé (203, 204, 303, 304, 305) ont chacune une structure multicouche ayant au moins deux couches pour former un ou plusieurs tours d'enroulement d'inducteur.
