Claims (11)

  1. Differential-Hydraulikmaschine, insbesondere Hydraulikmotor, mit:
    - einer Abdeckung (1);
    - einem Differentialkolben (4), der eine Zone (5) mit großem Querschnitt und eine Zone (6a) mit kleinerem Querschnitt aufweist und der gleitend zwischen der Abdeckung und einer koaxial zur Abdeckung angeordneten Kammer mit kleinerem Durchmesser hin- und herbewegbar ist, wobei der Kolben zwei Kammern (8,9) der Abdeckung voneinander trennt;
    - hydraulischen Schaltvorrichtungen (C) zur Flüssigkeitszufuhr zu den durch den Kolben getrennten Kammern und zur Evakuierung dieser Kammern, wobei die Schaltvorrichtungen durch die Verlagerungen des Kolbens gesteuert werden und zwei stabile Positionen einnehmen können;
    - und Auskopplungsvorrichtungen, die in der Lage sind, am Ende der Laufbewegung des Kolbens unter Einwirkung einer elastischen Vorrichtung (E) eine unmittelbare Veränderung der Schaltvorrichtungen herbeizuführen, um die Laufbewegung umzukehren,
    wobei der Kolben (4) auf der Ebene seines großen Querschnitts (5) und der Ebene seines kleinen Querschnitts (6a) mit Dichtungslippen (48,49) versehen ist, die in gegenläufigen Richtungen angeordnet und einander zugewandt sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungslippen (48,49) an kreisförmigen abnehmbaren Ringen (50,51) vorgesehen sind und der Kolben (4) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  2. Hydraulikmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Dichtungsring (50,51) mittels einer Bajonettvorrichtung an dem Kolben befestigt ist.
  3. Hydraulikmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bajonettvorrichtung radiale Vorsprünge (52,53) an der Innenfläche des Rings und entsprechende Umfangsnuten (54,55) an der Außenfläche des Kolbens sowie parallel zur geometrischen Achse des Kolbens verlaufende Nuten (56,57) aufweist, um zu ermöglichen, dass jeder Vorsprung des Rings auf der Ebene einer entsprechenden Umfangsnut des Kolbens angeordnet wird.
  4. Hydraulikmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auf der Ebene des großen Querschnitts des Kolbens vorgesehene Dichtungsring (50) ein V-Profil, dessen Hohlraum zu der Seite des kleinen Querschnitts hin weist, und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite eine kegelförmige Dichtungslippe (59) aufweist, deren Durchmesser zu dem Deckel der Abdeckung hin zunimmt.
  5. Hydraulikmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am kleinen Querschnittsbereich des Kolbens angeordnete Kreisring (51) einen V-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, dessen Hohlraum zu der Seite des großen Querschnitts hin weist.
  6. Hydraulikmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ende der Drehung der Bajonettvorrichtung ein Einrasten der Ringe (50,51) an dem Kolben (4) vorgesehen ist.
  7. Hydraulikmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abnehmbaren Kreisringe (50,51) aus Plastikmaterial ausgebildet sind.
  8. Differentialkolben für eine Hydraulikmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Zone (5) mit großem Querschnitt und einer Zone (6a) mit kleinerem Querschnitt, wobei der Kolben gleitend zwischen einer Abdeckung und einer koaxial zur Abdeckung angeordneten Kammer mit kleinerem Durchmesser hin- und herbewegbar ist, wobei der Kolben zwei Kammern (8,9) der Abdeckung voneinander trennt, wobei der Kolben (4) auf der Ebene seines großen Querschnitts (5) und der Ebene seines kleinen Querschnitts (6a) mit Dichtungslippen (48,49) versehen ist, die in gegenläufigen Richtungen angeordnet und einander zugewandt sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (4) einstückig ausgebildet ist und Montagevorrichtungen mit abnehmbaren Kreisringen (50,51) aufweist, an denen Dichtungslippen (48,49) vorgesehen sind.
  9. Differentialkolben nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagevorrichtungen mit den abnehmbaren Kreisringen (50,51) vom Bajonett-Typ sind.
  10. Differentialkolben nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gemäß dem Bajonett-Typ ausgebildeten Montagevorrichtungen radiale Vorsprünge (52,53) an der Innenfläche des Rings und entsprechende Umfangsnuten (54,55) an der Außenfläche des Kolbens sowie parallel zur geometrischen Achse des Kolbens verlaufende Nuten (56,57) aufweist, um zu ermöglichen, dass jeder Vorsprung des Rings auf der Ebene einer entsprechenden Umfangsnut des Kolbens angeordnet wird.
  11. Differentialkolben nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Differentialkolben mindestens ein Fenster (52b) für das Einrasten mindestens eines Rings (50) am Ende der Bajonett-Montage aufweist.
