Claims (5)
- Porte ou fenêtre coulissante (1) comprenant au moins :- un cadre fixe (2) ;- au moins un cadre ou châssis mobile (3) qui s'ouvre et se ferme en coulissant horizontalement par rapport au cadre fixe (2) ;- au moins une unité de coulissement ou chariot (4) associée à l'élément horizontal inférieur (3a) du châssis (3) et reposant sur un rail de base horizontale (5) pour permettre au châssis (3) de coulisser aussi bien dans les directions d'ouverture que de fermeture (F1, F2) ;- un organe de commande (6) situé sur le châssis (3) et relié à des moyens d'actionnement (7) qui, lorsqu'ils sont actionnés par l'élément de commande (6) et à travers des moyens d'entraînement (8) situés entre le châssis (3) et le chariot (4) et reliés aux moyens d'actionnement (7), soulèvent le châssis (3) du chariot (4) de telle sorte qu'il puisse être ouvert par coulissement, et abaisse le châssis (3) lorsque le châssis (3) est revenu vers la position fermée ;- les moyens d'actionnement (7) comprenant au moins un premier segment de tige (7a) et un deuxième segment de tige (7b) coulissant tous deux dans les deux directions dans des rainures respectives (3c) formées sur le profil d'un premier élément vertical (3b) et l'élément horizontal supérieur (3d) du châssis (3), respectivement, et reliés entre eux par des premiers moyens d'entraînement à angle droit (10) ;
caractérisé par le fait qu'elle comprend en outre :- un troisième segment de tige (7c) pouvant coulisser dans une rainure respective (3c) formée sur un second élément vertical (3e) du châssis (3), opposé au premier élément vertical (3b) ; le troisième segment de tige (7c) étant relié par des troisièmes moyens d'entraînement à angle droit (13) au second segment de tige (7b) ;- des moyens de fermeture (9), incorporés dans des goupilles directement associées au segment de tige respectif (7a, 7b, 7c), s'étendant vers l'extérieur à partir de la rainure ouverte respective (3c) et interagissant avec des fentes respectives dans les éléments verticaux et horizontaux du cadre fixe (2) ; lesdits moyens de fermeture (9) agissant entre le premier élément vertical (3b) du châssis (3) et un premier élément vertical (2b) du cadre fixe (2), entre le second élément vertical (3e) et un second élément vertical fixe du cadre fixe (2), et entre le second segment de tige (7b) et un élément horizontal supérieur (2c) du cadre fixe (2) qui, dans la configuration fermée, est en butée contre chaque autre, bord à bord ;- les premier, deuxième et troisième segments de tige (7a, 7b, 7c) fonctionnant sur les moyens de fermeture respectifs, de manière à permettre la fermeture multiple et simultanée du châssis (3) par un seul mouvement direct des segments de tige (7a, 7b) en utilisant l'organe de commande (6) ;- le troisième segment de tige (7c) étant muni, à son extrémité inférieure, d'un boulon (15) constituant un élément de fermeture supplémentaire agissant entre le troisième segment de tige (7c) et un élément horizontal inférieur (2a) du cadre fixe (2). - Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la rainure (3c) dans le profil du châssis (3) est ouverte vers l'avant, formée dans le profil lui-même ou emmanché dans le profil du châssis (3) et court tout autour du périmètre du châssis (3).
- Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le premier segment de tige (7a) est relié au bas des moyens d'entraînement (8) entre le châssis (3) et le chariot (4) par une seconde transmission à angle droit (11).
- Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe de commande est incorporé dans une poignée crémone (6) munie d'une barre (6a) pour la connexion avec le premier segment de tige (7a) qui présente deux bossages (14) pour contraindre bilatéralement la barre (6a) de telle sorte que cette dernière induise le premier segment de tige (7a) lui-même à coulisser dans les deux directions.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de fermeture (9) sur le premier segment de tige (7a) sont au moins deux (9, 9') situés de chaque côté du point où le premier segment de tige (7a) est relié à l'organe de commande (6).
