Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de lecture pour lire des données à partir d'une porteuse d'enregistrement amovible (11). Le dispositif comprend un moyen de lecture (21, 22, 25) pour lire les données enregistrées sur le vecteur d'enregistrement et un moyen de commande (20) pour commander la lecture. De plus, le dispositif comprend un moyen de récupération de fichiers (31). La récupération des données est indépendante du système de fichiers sous lequel les données ont été enregistrées ; elle est indépendante des données du système de fichiers sur le vecteur d'enregistrement. De plus, pour la récupération, le vecteur d'enregistrement n'a pas besoin d'être monté sous la commande de tout système de fichier.
