Abstract

Die räumliche Wahrnehmung von akustischen Signalen soll verbessert werden. Hierzu wird vorgeschlagen, mithilfe einer binauralen Hörvorrichtung zunächst ein Eingangssignal aufzunehmen und gegebenenfalls zu analysieren. Sodann soll mindestens eine Größe des auf dem Eingangssignal basierenden binauralen Ausgangssignals der Hörvorrichtung, die die räumliche Wahrnehmung beeinflusst, verändert werden. So lässt sich beispielsweise die Distanz oder Richtung einer Quelle, in/aus der sie wahrgenommen wird, mithilfe eines Klassifikators (6) oder Richtmikrofons für entsprechende Eingangssignale automatisch variieren, wodurch eine verbesserte räumliche Wahrnehmung resultieren kann.
