Abstract

The fence has welded trellis panels fixed on a post, where the panels are constituted of two sets of yarns. The yarns are intersected and welded between the panels. The two sets of yarns are maintained at a distance, whose value is equal to a thickness of the post, for partially housing the post. A semi cage (4) is formed at each end of the panels by positioning a stop (6) at a specific distance from a vertical edge (5) of the yarns, where the distance is equal to half of width of the post.

Description

L'invention se rapporte à une clôture. The invention relates to a fence.

It relates more particularly to a fence intended to serve as a hanging support for plant foliage.

A fence consists of poles holding a vertical lattice.

There are flexible lattices but more and more often, rigid panels are used between the posts.

These rigid panels are constituted by horizontal son and vertical son welded to each other at their intersections.

Some panels have, on either side of the horizontal son, vertical son always welded on the median horizontal wire in order to increase the strength of the panel.

These panels are held on the posts using accessories such as flanges or clips or the posts have along their vertical axis hooks that come to grasp the extreme vertical wire.

Often the post has generally an H shape to delimit two rabbets in each of which is housed the end of the panel.

The purpose of these fences is security and they are widely used for industrial premises.

We know EP 1 152 105 or DE 3309542 each of which describes a single fence panel with folds so that a post can be inserted therein.

The document EP 1 152 105 describes a fence having the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Security for private homes is also a wish but the aesthetic aspect is important.

Certainly the lattice of the aforementioned type can serve as a support for climbing plants but it is not optimized for this.

The invention proposes a novel solution for forming a fence.

For this purpose the invention relates to a fence according to claim 1.

  • FIG 1 Vue en perspective d'une clôture
  • FIG 2 Vue de dessus d'une clôture
The invention will be better understood from the following description given by way of non-limiting example with reference to the drawing which represents
  • FIG 1 Perspective view of a fence
  • FIG 2 Top view of a fence

Referring to the drawing, we see a fence 1 being assembled. This is particularly intended to be covered by the leaf stems of plants installed at its base.

Conventionally the fence is composed of panels 2 welded mesh being fixed on a pole 3. Each panel is flat and has no fold to stiffen it.

Advantageously, the panels 2 consist of a first ply 2A of vertical and horizontal son crisscrossed and welded together, a second ply 2B of vertical and horizontal son intersecting and welded together, the two plies being kept at a distance. one of the other of a value E at least equal to the thickness G of the pole so as to accommodate the said pole enter the two layers.

The intertwined threads of each ply are at right angles.

The internal faces of each sheet will therefore come opposite the external faces 3A, 3B of the post which will therefore be inside the volume delimited by the two sheets.

The outer faces of the post are those parallel to the plane of the panel.

Preferably, a half-cage 4 is formed at each end of the panel by positioning abutments 6, such as, for example, one of the faces of elements 7 referred to as connecting the first and second plies, at a distance from the vertical edge 5 of the web substantially equal to the half width of the post.

The U-shaped half-cage will be delimited by the two inner faces of the plies 2A, 2B and the connecting elements 7 of the two plies. This will act as a rabbet coming laterally cap the post.

Each flat sheet 2A, 2B is manufactured independently and then assembled with the connecting elements 7. Thus we obtain double panels.

Advantageously, the post comprises, on the outer faces receiving applied a web, a groove 8 whose width allows to pass at least one link or staple 90 to seize the vertical end son of the two panels nested on the pole and secure them.

Les panneaux seront ainsi calés.The panels will be wedged.

The post will have, for example, an H section, the median branch 9 H being in the median plane of the fence or panel.

Preferably, the plies have square or rectangular meshes and when these plies are assembled, the stitches of one ply are offset in height relative to the stitches of the other ply.

Thus, the sheets can travel from one sheet to the other by leaning on horizontal son arranged in half a step with respect to the horizontal son of a sheet.

The connecting elements are zig-zag folded wires welded to the top of the wave on transverse wires. of each tablecloth. Fixed parts could also be used after placement of the sheets on site during the construction of the fence.

The upper edge of each web will preferably be folded toward the other web to close the top of the panel.

This eventually allows to suspend the grid on the top of the posts.

By cutting some horizontal wires from one of the plies, you can bend the panel.

In an evolved form, a resilient plate-shaped locking piece 10 is used which is applied to the outer face of the plies in line with the post and whose two edges engage with two inner edges of the H-post.

The wafer therefore has a substantially flat or curved median zone intended to bear on the outside of the ply and on either side of this median zone, an external zone forming an outwardly-facing hook engaging with a bearing abutment, for example, made by an extra thickness of the edge of the wings of H.

Advantageously, a lateral notch 11 of the wafer makes it possible to overlap a horizontal wire.
