Definitions
- the invention relates to a fence consisting of several interconnected rods composite fence posts and associated lattice panels according to the preamble of claim 1.
- fences made of lattice bars are known in many designs.
- the fence posts required to erect such fences must receive and transmit a substantial portion of the horizontal forces acting on such a fence. When erecting such fences a vote of the attachment points for the lattice panels has to take place on the fence post.
- grid-shaped fence posts are in use. she consist of several, in square post sections of four positioned on the post corners, round bars made of metal and between these welded diagonal braces of round bars of the same or another cross-section.
- Such lattice posts are arranged approximately normal to the lattice panel plane of the fence and therefore offer a high resistance to deformation with respect to the horizontally acting on the fence force components.
- Generic fences are from the DE 101 35 909 A1 known to the applicant.
- the invention has for its object to form fences with lattice post of gattungsgemä ⁇ en type with cost-effective and material-saving production way resistant to bending in both related to the longitudinal direction transverse directions with attractive appearance.
- a fence post with the features of claim 1 is proposed. Accordingly, between the horizontal bars of adjacent lattice panels and the vertical bars on a lattice narrow side effective Hakenbolzenverschraubitch are arranged as fastening means, which are arranged between leg ends of adjacent flat iron elbows, the at least one of these fastening means for connecting the Zaunpfostens with a horizontal bar at least one lattice panel permitting distance exhibit.
- the flat bars used according to the invention as diagonal struts increase the bending strength of fence posts according to the invention, which can be kept very slim and can have a small width compared to the post depth, unexpectedly strong, without the sum of the material cross sections differing substantially from the known grid posts. He also offers the possibility to realize sufficiently large post thicknesses to use between the vertical round bars of the post narrow sides standard screw fasteners for connection to the lattice panels of the fence and / or with other attachments, such as security cameras, sensor elements and other safety devices simple push-through bolt fasteners without the Post weight worth mentioning to enlarge.
- the connecting means basically being able to be installed at any height except for a few pole length areas, so that the fastenings are attached to the grid of the lattice panels used in a height-adjusted manner.
- the highest rigidity combined with a lightweight and visually harmonious fence and Zaunpfostenrise is achieved because the horizontal bars of the lattice panels between the free ends of the flat iron angle pieces of the fence posts are there and there is the screw connection between the fence post and lattice panel. Special measures, as required for box-shaped post profiles omitted.
- the existing of flat iron diagonal struts are positioned in the production relative to the post length from the outset that the low-fitting post length positions are matched to the grid grid used for the fence.
- the arrangement density of the flat iron diagonal struts can also be adapted to static needs.
- the diagonal struts are welded from angled sections of material between the post-front vertical post bars and the angled zone are welded in the area between the post-side vertical rods, a particularly variable-height connectivity to the grid panel of the fence is created with minimal material use and economic weldability.
- the adjacent leg ends of adjacent flat iron angle pieces have a penetration of a fastening means for connecting the Zaunpfostens with a horizontal bar at least one lattice panel gestattenden distance, a particularly high rigidity with low weight and inconspicuous optics is achieved.
- lattice panels with at least a portion of the horizontal bars doubled rod number is used for the fence surface, wherein the two partial rods are arranged at approximately the same height level on both sides of the vertical rods, thereby a particularly high horizontal force transmission along the fence is possible without the joints of the lattice panels particularly noticeable .
- the joints are provided in this case on the grid post.
- An overlap of the lattice panels in the joint and mullion connection area is made possible by mutual shortening of the doubled horizontal bar (during production or during assembly).
- this arrangement also produces a particularly inconspicuous, that is uniform, image of the grid grid.
- the vertical grid panel bars in the butt and overlap area can be readily adapted to the bar spacing of the grid posts.
- the Hakenbolzenverschraubonnetsen between the horizontal bars of adjacent lattice panels and the vertical round profiles of the lattice posts allow the transmission of high connection forces to the lattice post and high tensile forces in the fence level, without disturbing visually and without being tied to a predetermined fixation point on the fence post.
- Fig. 1 to 3 there is a preferred fence post of two curved down to the open Us Us round bar sections 1, 3 and 2, 4, which span a substantially rectangular fence post cross-section.
- Angled sections of flat steel material 5 are spot-welded between the round bars 1 to 4 at the corner posts (spot welds 9 in FIG Fig. 3A / B ).
- the clearances of the round bars 1, 2 and 3, 4 are smaller than the flat iron width.
- the free ends 5A, 5B of the angled material sections are in the illustrated preferred embodiment between the post-front round rods 3, 4 welded without significant supernatant of the flat iron, while the bending zone 5 can project beyond the post-side round bars 1, 2.
- the bending angle of the material sections can be freely selected according to static requirements, as well as the distance between adjacent flat iron angles at the free ends 5A, 5B.
- the latter is preferably between 10 to 60 mm, preferably 20 to 40 mm and particularly preferably about 30 mm between adjacent free leg ends.
- a Hakenbolzenverschraubung 8 passes through the post-front round rods 3, 4 between adjacent free protective elements and behind hooks horizontal bars 6AB, 7AB of the fence surface forming lattice panels 6, 7th
- Intersections of the lattice panels 6, 7 are designed overlapping and preferably arranged in the mullion connection area.
- Double running horizontal bars 6A, 6B and 7A, 7B of the lattice panels, the vertical bars 6C, 7C include at the same height level are in the overlapping area one-sided and mutually shortened, so that a stepless fence plane is formed.
Description
The invention relates to a fence consisting of several interconnected rods composite fence posts and associated lattice panels according to the preamble of
The invention has for its object to form fences with lattice post of gattungsgemäβen type with cost-effective and material-saving production way resistant to bending in both related to the longitudinal direction transverse directions with attractive appearance. To solve this problem, a fence post with the features of
The existing of flat iron diagonal struts are positioned in the production relative to the post length from the outset that the low-fitting post length positions are matched to the grid grid used for the fence.
The arrangement density of the flat iron diagonal struts can also be adapted to static needs.
When the free leg ends, the diagonal struts are welded from angled sections of material between the post-front vertical post bars and the angled zone are welded in the area between the post-side vertical rods, a particularly variable-height connectivity to the grid panel of the fence is created with minimal material use and economic weldability. Characterized in that the adjacent leg ends of adjacent flat iron angle pieces have a penetration of a fastening means for connecting the Zaunpfostens with a horizontal bar at least one lattice panel gestattenden distance, a particularly high rigidity with low weight and inconspicuous optics is achieved.
If the vertical round bars are bent at the post corners to a downwardly open U, this increases the post stability in the head area and, with a particularly attractive appearance, minimizes the risk of injury to the post top.
If lattice panels with at least a portion of the horizontal bars doubled rod number is used for the fence surface, wherein the two partial rods are arranged at approximately the same height level on both sides of the vertical rods, thereby a particularly high horizontal force transmission along the fence is possible without the joints of the lattice panels particularly noticeable , The joints are provided in this case on the grid post. An overlap of the lattice panels in the joint and mullion connection area is made possible by mutual shortening of the doubled horizontal bar (during production or during assembly). In addition to high strength of the joint and post connection, this arrangement also produces a particularly inconspicuous, that is uniform, image of the grid grid. In particular, in the grid post area, the vertical grid panel bars in the butt and overlap area can be readily adapted to the bar spacing of the grid posts.
The Hakenbolzenverschraubungen between the horizontal bars of adjacent lattice panels and the vertical round profiles of the lattice posts allow the transmission of high connection forces to the lattice post and high tensile forces in the fence level, without disturbing visually and without being tied to a predetermined fixation point on the fence post.
