Claims (8)

  1. Profilé spécial pour des modules ventilateur/filtre de construction légère destinés à la réalisation de chambres propres locales avec des conditions environnantes définies par génération d'un écoulement de refoulement décontaminé pauvre en turbulences, ainsi que pour l'emploi dans des plafonds de chambres propres en utilisant des inserts de filtre préconfectionnés à particules en suspension,
    dans lequel le profilé formant les parois latérales du module présente une surface de base (1) plane, plusieurs barrettes s'étendent respectivement dans une même direction depuis la surface de base (1), de sorte qu'une première barrette (2) et une seconde barrette (3) sont prévues comme des barrettes extérieures qui se trouvent dans la zone de bordure des arêtes longitudinales de la surface de base (1), et une barrette intérieure (4) voisine de la première barrette extérieure (2), lesdites barrettes (2 à 4) s'étendent parallèlement, et les faces intérieures mutuellement opposées de la première barrette extérieure (2) et de la barrette intérieure (4) possèdent en outre des surfaces de fixation ou une structure de fixation (5) pour l'insert de filtre (6) préconfectionné,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les faces extérieures des barrettes extérieures (2 et 3), et toutefois au moins de la seconde barrette extérieure (3) comportent un évidement (7) pour recevoir un joint (8), dans lequel il est prévu dans la face extérieure dans la seconde barrette extérieure (3) une rainure étroite (9), qui s'étend sensiblement parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal de la surface de base plane (1), pour des vis ou pour des moyens de fixation analogues, et l'évidement (7) pour recevoir le joint (8) est ménagé dans la seconde barrette extérieure (3) en partant du plan de la surface de base derrière la rainure étroite (9) pour les vis, de telle façon que lorsque le joint (8) est mis en place et qu'une plaque couvre-module (10) a été posée et fixée au moyen de vis, il ne se produit aucun encrassement de l'espace intérieur du module par des matériaux analogues à des copeaux.
  2. Profilé spécial selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les évidements (7) pour les joints (8) présentent une section transversale rectangulaire et s'étendent parallèlement les uns aux autres, et de telle manière que leur grand côté s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de la surface de base.
  3. Profilé spécial selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la seconde barrette extérieure (3) dépasse quant à sa hauteur la première barrette extérieure (2), et une arête extérieure (11) de la seconde barrette extérieure (3) est réalisée à titre de butée pour la plaque couvre-module (10).
  4. Profilé spécial selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la rainure étroite (9) présente dans la région de son ouverture une section conique (12) pour un chanfrein sur un côté ou sur les deux côtés.
  5. Profilé spécial selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la structure de fixation (5) pour l'insert de filtre préconfectionné (6) est réalisée sous forme de gorge profilée, en particulier de gorge profilée en forme de T.

    caractérisé en ce que le joint (8) est réalisé sous forme de ruban d'étanchéité ou de profilé d'étanchéité.
