Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Schneiden mit einem einstückig ausgeführten Schneidwerkzeug (10), das mit Vibrationsmitteln (11) zusammengefügt ist, so dass ein vibrierendes Schneidwerkzeug gebildet wird, wobei das Schneidwerkzeug (10) einen Stab (100) und ein längliches Schneidteil (102) aufweist, das sich in Verlängerung des Stabs (100) befindet und über einen Übergangsbereich (101) mit dem Stab (100) verbunden ist, wobei das Schneidteil (102) eine längs verlaufende Schneidkante (103) aufweist und eine Längsschneidebene (Y, Z) definiert, die senkrecht zur Querschnittsebene (X, Z) des Stabs verläuft, wobei das Schneidteil (102) entlang der Achse (X) - senkrecht zu dieser Längsschneidebene (Y,Z) gemessen - eine Abmessung (e) aufweist, die geringer ist als die Abmessung (D1) des Querschnitts des Stabs, gemessen entlang dieser gleichen Achse (X), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine erste Einkerbung oder Ausnehmung (104) aufweist, die zumindest teilweise in der Längsschneidkante (103) des Schneidteils (102) ausgeführt ist, sowie eine zweite Einkerbung oder Ausnehmung (105), die in einem der Längsschneidkante (103) diametral entgegengesetzten Bereich (106) des Schneidteils (102) ausgeführt ist und versetzt zur ersten Einkerbung (104) entlang der Längsachse (A) des Schneidteils (102) und in Richtung des freien distalen Endabschnitts (102a) des Schneidteils (102) angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Einkerbung (105) in dem distalen Bereich des Schneidteils (102) ausgeführt ist, der sich zwischen der ersten Einkerbung oder Ausnehmung (104) und dem distalen Ende (102a) des Schneidteils (102) erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die erste Einkerbung oder Ausnehmung (104) vollständig im Schneidteil (102) erstreckt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die erste Einkerbung oder Ausnehmung (104) in dem Stab (100) im Übergangsbereich (101) und im Schneidteil (102) erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine dritte Einkerbung (107) aufweist, die sich vollständig oder teilweise im Stab (100) erstreckt und die in einem der Längsschneidkante (103) entgegengesetzten Bereich des Schneidwerkzeugs (10) ausgeführt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Einkerbung (104, 105) und gegebenenfalls die dritte Einkerbung (107) U-förmige Längsprofile aufweisen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das U-förmige Längsprofil der zweiten Einkerbung (105) unsymmetrisch ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidteil (102) aus einer flachen Schneidklinge (102) besteht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidteil (102) bezüglich des Stabs (100) zentriert angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die größte Abmessung (1) des Schneidteils (102), gemessen in der Längsschneidebene (Y, Z) entlang der senkrecht zur Längsachse (A) des Schneidteils (102) verlaufenden Achse (Y), geringer oder gleich der Abmessung (D2) des Querschnitts des Stabs (100) ist - gemessen in der Längsschneidebene (Y, Z) entlang dieser gleichen Achse (Y).
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L) des Schneidteils (102) größer als 5 cm, vorzugsweise größer als 10 cm und noch bevorzugter größer als 20 cm ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit den Vibrationsmitteln (11) möglich ist, in dem Stab (100) des Schneidwerkzeugs (10) Längsvibrationen zu erzeugen, die entlang der Längsachse (A) des Schneidteils (102) ausgerichtet sind und die es ermöglichen, das Schneidteil (102) in der Längsschneidebene (Y, Z) dieses Schneidteils (102) in Vibration zu versetzen, und zwar mit zumindest einer quer verlaufenden Vibrationskomponente, die senkrecht zur Längsachse (A) des Schneidteils (102) verläuft.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einkerbungen oder Ausnehmungen (104,105, ...) des Schneidwerkzeugs (10) so ausgebildet sind, dass ein Vibrieren des Schneidteils (102) in der Längsschneidebene (Y, Z) ohne Bildung von Schwingungsknoten zumindest im Bereich der Längsschneidkante (103) des Schneidteils (102) erreichbar ist, sowie in einem distalen Bereich (Z'), der sich ausgehend von dem freien distalen Ende (102a) des Schneidteils (102) und zumindest über dreiviertel der Länge (L') des Schneidteils (102) zwischen diesem freien distalen Ende (102a) und der ersten Einkerbung (104) erstreckt.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einkerbungen oder Ausnehmungen (104, 105,...) des Schneidwerkzeugs (10) so ausgebildet sind, dass ein Vibrieren des Schneidteils (102) in der Längsschneidebene (Y, Z) ohne Bildung von Schwingungsknoten zumindest im Bereich der Längsschneidkante (103) des Schneidteils (102) erreichbar ist, sowie in einem distalen Bereich (Z'), der sich ausgehend von dem freien distalen Ende (102a) bis zur ersten Einkerbung oder Ausnehmung (104) erstreckt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vibrationsmittel (11) dazu ausgelegt sind, in dem Stab (100) des Schneidwerkzeugs (10) Längsvibrationen mit einer vorbestimmten Frequenz (f) zu erzeugen, die über 10 kHz liegt und vorzugsweise größer oder gleich 20 kHz ist.
