Description

  • La présente invention concerne le domaine des boîtiers antivol destiné à la présentation d'articles en grande distribution ou en distribution libre-service.
  • De tels boîtiers sont dans une solution connue composés de deux demi-coques articulées, muni d'un moyen de verrouillage et incorporant un marqueur détectable à distance. Ce genre de boîtiers est connu en soit de par exemple WO-A-2004/107346 et US-B1-6186350 .
  • Le verrouillage est notamment assuré par un système désactivable magnétiquement, par rapprochement du verrou d'un dispositif de déverrouillage muni d'un aimant permanent. Cet aimant attire une ou plusieurs lames ou masselottes métalliques qui bloquent au repos le système de fermeture, et dont le déplacement permet l'ouverture du système de verrouillage. Mais l'invention ne se limite pas à ce mode de verrouillage préférentiel, et concerne également des boîtiers antivol comportant d'autres solutions de verrouillage.
  • Le marqueur est formé par exemple par une étiquette radiofréquence comportant une boucle d'induction. Le passage en dehors des endroits autorisés déclenche une alerte par le biais de bornes comportant un générateur d'un champ magnétique dont la fréquence est réglée pour provoquer une absorption résonnante dans la boucle d'un boîtier antivol. Ce marqueur peut également être constitué par une étiquette active de type désigné par l'appelation anglaise « Tag RFID » comportant un transpondeur.
  • Le but de l'invention est de proposer un boîtier solide et de faible coût de fabrication, par une limitation du nombre de pièces.
  • A cet effet, l'invention concerne selon son acception la plus générale un boîtier caractérisé en ce que l'une des demi-coques présente le long d'un de ses bords une pluralité d'axes transversaux reliés chacun aux bords de la demi-coque par un bras de liaison, les axes et les bras étant moulés d'une seule pièce avec la demi-coque correspondante, et en ce que la demi-coque complémentaire présente des logements transversaux pour recevoir lesdits axes afin de former une articulation pivotante, lesdits logements s'ouvrant vers l'extérieur afin de permettre, lorsque le boîtier est ouvert, l'insertion de la pluralité de bras et d'axes dans une pluralité de logements complémentaires.
  • De préférence, un axe et le bras correspondant présentent, en coupe selon un plan de coupe transversale passant entre les deux demi-coques fermées, une forme générale de «T ».
  • Selon une variante, le bras présente un raidisseur s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe correspondant et à la paroi de la demi-coque prolongée par ledit bras.
  • Avantageusement, le bras est formé par un corps cylindrique prolongeant la demi-coque, les axes étant formés par des prolongements cylindriques s'étendant de part et d'autre dudit corps cylindrique, la section des axes étant inférieure à la section des corps.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le bord de l'une des demi-coques présente des cannelures pour le passage des bras, s'étendant perpendiculairement aux axes de la demi-coque complémentaire, lesdites cannelures étant prolongées de part et d'autre d'un logement dont la partie supérieure est de forme semi-tubulaire.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui suit.
  • Le boîtier est formé de deux demi-coques en plastique transparent, moulées chacune d'une seule pièce.
  • Elles sont de formes généralement parallélépipédiques. La partie avant du boîtier présente des zones de liaison interagissant avec un verrou.
  • La partie opposée présente une articulation formée par la coopération entre des parties de chacune des demi-coques.
  • La demi-coque présente des cannelures et des fentes. Les cannelures se prolongent de part et d'autre par des logements creux s'étendant depuis le fond du boîtier jusqu'à des parties frontales présentant une surface interne semi-tubulaire. Ces parties sont moulables avec un moule d'injection simple car elles s'étendent toutes selon une direction perpendiculaire au fond du boîtier.
  • Les fentes sont également prolongées de part et d'autre par des logements creux fermés par des fonds.
  • La demi-coque complémentaire présente des prolongements formés chacun par un bras prolongé de part et d'autre par des axes. Le bras est formé par un corps cylindrique prolongeant le bord de la demi-coque. L'ensemble des bras, des axes et de la demi-coque est moulé d'une seule pièce.
  • Les bras peuvent se glisser dans les cannelures, et les axes peuvent se glisser dans les fentes.
  • Lorsqu'ils arrivent en butée contre la surface interne des parties frontales, ils forment une articulation permettant le basculement relatif d'une demi-coque par rapport à l'autre, et l'ouverture et la fermeture du boîtier.
  • L'invention évite le recours à une charnière rapportée ou l'incorporation d'un axe additionnel.
  • Selon une alternative, les logements creux présentent une section formée par un caisson médian creux ou plein, prolongé par deux ailes latérales. La forme générale de la section est celle d'un « T ». Une cannelure médiane est configurée pour permettre l'insertion d'un crochet d'accrochage. Ce crochet d'accrochage présente une patte dont la largeur correspond à la largeur de la cannelure. Cette patte est glissée entre les deux ailes des caissons disposés de part et d'autre de la cannelure médiane.

Claims (5)

  1. Boîtier antivol composé de deux demi-coques articulées, muni d'un moyen de verrouillage et incorporant un marqueur détectable à distance, caractérisé en ce que l'une des demi-coques présente le long d'un de ses bords une pluralité d'axes transversaux reliés chacun aux bords de la demi-coque par un bras de liaison, les axes et les bras étant moulés d'une seule pièce avec la demi-coque correspondante, et en ce que la demi-coque complémentaire présente des logements transversaux pour recevoir lesdits axes afin de former une articulation pivotante, lesdits logements s'ouvrant vers l'extérieur et s'étendant depuis le fond du boîtier jusqu'à des parties frontales présentant une surface interne semi-tubulaire afin de permettre, lorsque le boîtier est ouvert, l'insertion de la pluralité de bras et d'axes dans une pluralité de logements complémentaires.
  2. Boîtier antivol selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'un axe et le bras correspondant présentent, en coupe selon un plan de coupe transversale passant entre les deux demi-coques fermées, une forme générale de «T ».
  3. Boîtier antivol selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le bras présente un raidisseur s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe correspondant et à la paroi de la demi-coque prolongée par ledit bras.
  4. Boîtier antivol selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le bras est formé par un corps cylindrique prolongeant la demi-coque, les axes étant formés par des prolongements cylindriques s'étendant de part et d'autre dudit corps cylindrique, la section des axes étant inférieure à la section des corps.
  5. Boîtier antivol selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le bord de l'une des demi-coques présente des cannelures pour le passage des bras, s'étendant perpendiculairement aux axes de la demi-coque complémentaire, lesdites cannelures étant prolongées de part et d'autre d'un logement dont la partie supérieure est de forme semi-tubulaire.
