Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Gießen von Betonprodukten mit einem im Wesentlichen horizontalen Gleitschalungsprozess, wobei die Betonmasse in dem Verfahren zumindest mittels eines Zuführelements (2) durch einen begrenzten Querschnitt (11, 7, 8) zum Formen eines Betonproduktes zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführelemente (2) zum Verdichten der Betonmasse in eine doppelfrequente Hin- und Herlängsbewegung versetzt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zu gießende Produkt ein Betonprodukt ist, das mit zumindest einem Hohlkern ausgestattet ist, wodurch zusätzlich zu den Zuführelementen (2) auch die Hohlkern-Formungselemente (6) in die doppelfrequente Hin- und Herlängsbewegung versetzt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der kurzen Hin- und Herbewegung der doppelfrequenten Bewegung in einem Bereich von 0,2 bis 4 mm mit einer Frequenz von 15 bis 50 Hz liegt, und dass die Länge der langen Hin- und Herbewegung in einem Bereich von 5 bis 40 mm mit einer Frequenz von 1 bis 10 Hz liegt.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Gießen von Betonprodukten mit einem im Wesentlichen horizontalen Gleitschalungsprozess, wobei die Vorrichtung zumindest ein Zuführelement (2) zum Zuführen der Betonmasse durch einen begrenzten Querschnitt (11, 7, 8) zum Formen eines Betonprodukts umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Mittel (4, 5) umfasst, um die Zuführelemente (2) zum Verdichten der Betonmasse in eine doppelfrequente Hin- und Herlängsbewegung zu versetzen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Mittel (6) zum Formen zumindest eines Hohlkerns an dem zu gießenden Betonprodukt umfasst, wobei die Mittel (6) zusammen mit den Zuführelementen (2) in die doppelfrequente Hin-und Herlängsbewegung versetzt werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der kurzen Hin- und Herbewegung der doppelfrequenten Bewegung in einem Bereich von 0,2 bis 4 mm mit einer Frequenz von 15 bis 50 Hz liegt, und dass die Länge der langen Hin- und Herbewegung in einem Bereich von 5 bis 40 mm mit einer Frequenz von 1 bis 10 Hz liegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zuführelement eine Zuführschnecke (2) ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Mittel (2) zum Bewegen der Vorrichtung entlang des Gießbetts (11) während des Gießens umfasst.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine feste Gießstation und bewegliche Gießbetten umfasst.
