Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kontaktelement für Leiterplattenklemmen. The invention relates to a contact element for printed circuit board terminals.
Known are contact elements for printed circuit board terminals, which have a clamping body, in which an input opening for insertion of a conductor and a screw for clamping attachment of the conductor is arranged in the clamping body. If such contact elements transported, there is a problem in that the screw is not secured in the clamp body and can be solved during transport, so there is a risk of loss of the screw.
Furthermore, such contact elements are used by hand, since the shape of the single clamp with the upwardly projecting screw is very unwieldy, so that for an automated processing very complex special machines would be needed.

The object of the invention is therefore to develop a contact element for printed circuit board terminals such that a backup for the screw is provided and that the processing of the contact element is simplified.
The object is achieved by a contact element for PCB terminals with the features of claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
According to the invention a contact element for releasable attachment to the contact element is provided. The contact element has a contact surface and a fastening element for releasable attachment to the contact element. Due to the releasable attachment, it is possible to first attach the contact element after production of the contact element to the contact element and then to transport it. If the contact element has arrived at the position at which it is to be processed, the contact element can be released again. The contact surface of the abutment element is larger than the cross-sectional area of the clamp body in order to provide a sufficiently large attack surface for automation devices, in particular for suction pads or the like, so that the contact elements can be moved with conventional automation devices.
It has proved to be particularly advantageous to make the contact surface flat and unbroken. Such a running contact surface is ideal for suction gripper, since it facilitates the formation of the necessary vacuum for the gripping process, since no air can flow through a closed, hole-free contact surface and a flat surface facilitates the application of the seal of a suction pad.
In the invention, the fastening element of the contact element for releasable attachment to the screw head of the screw of the contact element is suitable. The contact elements are usually designed such that the contacts, which must be arranged on a printed circuit board, are arranged on one side of the clamping body of the contact element, while the screw on the opposite side of the contacts of the clamping body protrudes from the clamping body. If the fastener attached to the screw head, can the contact elements are gripped from above and in particular be arranged with the aid of the contact element on the corresponding positions of the circuit board, so that during the entire transport and processing of the contact element, the contact element can be arranged on the contact element and is removed only after correct positioning. Furthermore, the contact element represents a loss protection for the screw.
The fastening element preferably has a latching element, a clamping element and / or a positive-locking element, so that the contact element via the fastening element as simple as possible, but can be reliably arranged on the contact element.
Particularly preferably, the fastening element is designed as a ring or at least one, preferably two ring segments, which can lie in particular around the screw head in the screw of the contact element. This ensures that the screw rests substantially non-rotatably in the fastening element of the contact element.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, a side wing is arranged on the contact element in such a way that, in the state of the contact element fastened to the contact element, it bears against the contact element such that it forms an anti-twist device. This ensures that during transport of the contact element, the screw can not fall out of the clamping body and it is particularly secured against rotation, provided that it is arranged against rotation in the contact element.
Preferably, two side wings are arranged on the contact element in such a way that they rest on the contact element in the state of the contact element fastened to the contact element such that the contact element is releasably clamped. This allows the side wings both allow the rotation and at the same time take over the function of the fastener. In particular, preferably correspondingly formed fastening elements can simultaneously fulfill the function of anti-rotation.
Preferably, the contact surface is formed substantially rectangular and has a recess on a corner. This recess serves to be able to orient the contact elements in a conveyor belt of a pick and place machine or any other automation device always in the same direction.
The contact element according to the invention for printed circuit board terminals has a contact element, whereby the contact element can be handled in automation devices, since they can act on the contact surface of the contact element. In addition, it is ensured that the screw can not accidentally unscrew from the clamp body.
Preferably, the clamping body has a wire protection which prevents the screw from damaging the conductor inserted into the clamping body.
Preferably, at least one Lötpin or an SMD surface (SMD = Surface Mounted Device) is arranged on the clamp body in order to attach the contact element to a circuit board can.
Particularly preferably, the contact element is designed as a single terminal, since it is precisely for such contact elements, the need to handle these items easily.

In the
On the
