Description

The present invention relates to a roller shutter, in particular for mounting on a building opening, with a plurality of mutually coupled slats, according to the preamble of claim 1.

From the FR 1 519 724 is known a roller shutter, which has a plurality of fins, which have at its upper edge a hook element and on its underside a counter hook. As a result, the slats can be hung loosely together, with a vertical mobility of the slats is maintained among themselves by the open design of the hook and the counter hook. The hook is formed from a web on which a plurality of openings are recessed sin. If the slats hang loosely together, the openings are in the visible range and thus allow a light incidence. Above a building opening, the slats can be wound on a roll, being rotatable in the region of the hook and the counter hook. When unwinding, the slats are pulled apart by their own weight and a building opening is partially shadowed by the roller shutter, then completely translucent. Then the slats are initially placed in the lower area, up to the top of the building opening on each other, until the building opening is shaded opaque.

This solution was taken up again in the DE 101 39 583 A1 . Fig. 4 , Out Fig. 3 and 4 This document is a roller shutter is known which has a plurality of fins which are interconnected by means of hook elements which pass through the slats. As a result, the slats can in turn be loosely hung together, with a vertical mobility of the slats is maintained among themselves by the open design of the hook and the counter hook. The assembly is also problematic.

According to a further solution of this document, the lamellae, which are formed as tubular elements, penetrated by holes through which a wire rope is pulled. In order to keep the slats at a distance relative to each other, a sleeve is pulled over the wire rope in each case between two slats. This has the disadvantage that the sleeves affect the appearance of the arrangement adversely. The in itself by using a rope, in particular a wire rope, possible filigree optics is so lost.

According to a third variant (Figures 9 and 10), the slats are connected to a rigid wire, but hinders the winding.

In addition, the tubular elements used are relatively unstable and bend easily.

A generic shutter is from the CH 12614 A known. The horizontally aligned slats of this shutter are interspersed with ropes. From the back further holes are introduced into the slats, which also passes through each one of the ropes. By pouring the holes with a hardenable material such as gypsum a secure fit of the lamellae is ensured on the rope.

The invention has the object to provide a roller shutter, in which the individual blades are connected to each other in other ways by means of at least one flexible cable and held on the rope at a defined distance from each other, without affecting the appearance of the rope is affected.

The invention solves this problem by the subject matter of claim 1. According to the characterizing part of this claim, the lamellae are fixed by means of an embossing in the region of the bore on the rope, with the material of the lamellae pressed against the rope. Thus, the area of the rope between the slats is free holding element-free. The optics is thus not adversely affected by a holding element in this area but remains filigree and appealing.

Preferably, the lamellae consist of solid material profiles, in particular of light metal, wherein they are penetrated by the holes and in turn are held by means of material embossing on the rope. This variant of the invention does not require a separate retaining element on the rope and is therefore inexpensive and easy to produce. It also offers the required advantage of the appealing look without holding element between the slats.

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.Advantageous embodiments can be found in the dependent claims.

In FIG. 1 a building opening 1 extending over two floors is shown, which is divided into a plurality of surface elements, and can be shaded by blinds 2 according to the invention, the blinds 2 having a multiplicity of lamellae 3. The blinds form such wide and narrow translucent surfaces 4, 5.

The individual lamellae 3 are connected via at least one or more cables 10 (FIG. Fig. 4 ), in particular wire cables, connected to each other. Preferably, they can be rolled up by pulling on traction devices (not shown here in detail).

The lamellae 3 preferably have - but not necessarily - a cross section according to the type Fig. 2 on.

Fig. 2 shows the state of the preferred orientation when the slats 3 are used for shading a vertical surface. The use of the slats 3 is of course not limited to this geometry of the slats and the selected orientation. The illustrated geometry is particularly advantageous.

The lamellae 3 are preferably made of a light metal such as aluminum and are particularly preferably designed as solid, non-hollow (extruded) profiles.

This is particularly possible because the individual lamellae 3 in cross-section preferably only an extension of a few millimeters (5 to 10 mm), so that they remain lightweight despite training as solid profiles and yet are particularly stable, so that they have significant advantages over hollow sections form similar low cross-section, which usually bend relatively easily.

To Fig. 2 the lamellas 3 form in cross-section almost a kind of right-angled triangle, the triangle to be considered in section forming a base 6, one here Almost at right angles aligned side surface 8 - but preferably bent in a concave shape - and has an inclined surface 7. The edge regions between the surfaces 6, 7, 8 are preferably provided with relatively large radii and thus formed rounded.

As in Fig. 3 can be seen, the lamellae 3 - depending on the number of connecting ropes 10 - at least once or repeatedly penetrated by holes 9, which preferably extend between the base 6 and the inclined surface 7. Since the side surface 8 to the bore 9 "concave inward" is formed, the distance between the bore 9 and the side surface 8 in the central region of the side surface 8 is the smallest. The concave design also provides an optical advantage in that light is refracted and thus the surfaces appear evenly with soft contrast.

This configuration makes it possible, in a surprisingly simple manner, for the lamellae 3 on ropes, in particular wire ropes 10 (FIG. Fig. 4 ), which enforce the holes 9 spaced set to each other by simply preferably in the central region of the side surface 8 with concave contour embossing 11 is introduced, which presses material from the side surface 8 of the blade against the cable 10. In this way, the blade 3 is held in a simple manner without additional aids on the rope 10, without the appearance of the rope 10 is impaired. The cost of manufacturing are also minimal, since no additional means for fixing are provided.

It is advisable to use a beaten from several parts steel cable, since the embossing keeps particularly safe due to the high static friction.

Eine alternative Ausgestaltung der Erfindung offenbart Fig. 5.An alternative embodiment of the invention disclosed Fig. 5 ,

Thereafter, the bore 9 to the base 12 toward a larger diameter than the inclined surface 7 out. This can be realized, for example, in that the bore 9 is stepped towards the base 6, so that a lower bore region 12 is formed, which forms a blind hole-like collar 17.

In order to hold the blade 3 on the wire rope 10 at a defined location, it is provided with a short retaining element 13, e.g. a compressed and fixed to the wire 10 sleeve, provided, which is designed such that it is completely accommodated in the bore region 12, without protruding outwardly from the bore. Thus, the sleeve 13 is not visible from the outside for the viewer substantially. The sleeve 13 may be fixed by clamping on the cable 10. The holding element may be clamped in the bore, so that the lamellae 3 are held vertically in both directions.

In this way, a holding element such as a sleeve 13 is again required to space the lamellae 3 defined on the wire rope from each other.

From the outside, however, the holding element 13 is not visible to the viewer from the side, so that the filigree appearance of a wire rope connection is not hindered. Not even an embossment is visible, so that the visual impression is particularly advantageous here.

Fig. 7 illustrates that according to the invention it is also possible in a simple manner to choose the distance of the slats 3 within a roller shutter 3 different. Thus, the distance 14 between two lamellae 3 in the manner of Fig. A, b, c be different in size, for example, to cope with the special requirements in a room where, for example, in different room heights light or sun rays 15 from different angles of incidence ( Angle of incidence 16) should be prevented from direct light.

Roller blind, in particular for installing at a building opening (1), having a plurality of slats (3) which are coupled to one another and which each have at least one bore (9) that is penetrated by a flexible cable (10), in particular a wire cable (10), on which the slats (3) are held at a distance from one another, wherein the slats (3) are held on the cable (10) in such a way that no holding element (13) is arranged and visible on the cable (10) in the region between the slats (3), characterized in that the slats (3) are fixed to the cable (10) by means of a stamping (11) in the region of the bore (9), by which material of the slat (3) is pressed against the cable (10).
  2. Roller blind according to claim 1, characterized in that the slats (3) consist of solid material profiles.
  3. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the slats (3) form a triangular shape in cross-section, wherein the triangle when viewed in cross-section has a base (6), a side face (8) oriented at a right angle or almost at a right angle thereto, and a sloping face (7).
  4. Roller blind according to claim 3, characterized in that the side face (8) is concavely curved.
  5. Roller blind according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the bores (9) extend between the base and the sloping face (7), and in that the stamping (11) is applied in the region of the side face (8).
  6. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the stamping (11) is applied in the region of the concave side face (8) at the location in the slat (3) at which the distance between the bore (9) and the side face (8) is at its smallest.
  7. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the bore (9) has a larger diameter towards the base (6) than towards the sloping face (7).
  8. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bore (9) is stepped towards the base so that there is a lower bore region (12) which forms a collar (17) in the manner of a blind hole.
  9. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that a holding element (13) is fixed to the cable (10) in the region of at least one or preferably each slat (3), said holding element being fully accommodated in the bore (9).
  10. Roller blind according to claim 9, characterized in that the holding element (13) is arranged in the bore region (12).
  11. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims 9 or 10, characterized in that the holding element (13) is sunk into the bore region (12) in a clamping manner with a force and/or form fit.
  12. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the spacing of the slats (3) within a roller blind is different so that regions of different slat spacing are formed.
  13. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the slats are made of a light metal such as aluminium and are formed as extruded profiles.
  14. Roller blind according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cable is wound from single strands.
