Description

The invention relates to a container for receiving a product, in particular liquids, gel or cream-like substances od. Like., With an opening for introducing this product into a space which is bounded by a container wall.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Containers of the above type are offered in a variety of forms and functions on the market. This includes, for example, bottles, tubes and the like. They serve to accommodate all possible products. In the present invention, it is all about products that are to be kept microbiologically tight in the container. These are mainly pharmaceutical, cosmetic or personal care Products. For dispensing these products from the container metering or delivery systems and valve systems are generally known, which are associated with the container. For example, they may be mechanically anchored on a container neck. Difficulties arise here with the necessary air balance for the container interior, which is necessary when dispensing the product.

Aufgabetask

Object of the present invention is, regardless of the Ausbringsystem used to regulate the air balance for the container interior and control.

Lösung der AufgabeSolution of the task

To achieve the object, at least one membrane filter is inserted into the container wall.

The idea is to use a commercial membrane filter material, which is offered in different types with different structure depending on the requirements, to achieve the microbiologically dense air compensation. The membrane filtration (aeration and deaeration filter system) is a special method of filtration. Through the fine-pored filter wall only cleaned air passes. Solids, including liquids, lotion, gels, keeps the filter back so that the system is also liquid tight to the atmosphere. In the present case, the air is sucked by the driving force of the pressure difference in the container interior. However, since the membrane is such a thin or multi-layered and fine-pored wall, all particles are retained above a certain size. Membrane filters are available in plastic, cellulose or ceramic. The membrane filter can be single or multi-layered.

The new idea should be independent of those on or in the bottleneck introduced Ausbringsystemen only control or control the air balance over the bottle or product container.

A new generation of bottles or containers, tubes and the like made of plastic or other materials should control the air balance independently, in-bottle and without connection to the dispensing unit pump or valve systems.

Thanks to the microbiologically dense filter unit, products without preservatives can be packaged, bottled and offered to the consumer and used indefinitely. The allergy-causing ingredients can be limited by the idea or completely eliminated.

The filter material, available as a commercial tape, is preferably integrated into the production process of the bottle, ie, during the production cycle, the required area is punched out of the filter belt and in the manufacturing process spraying, injection blow molding, coextrusion blowing, extrusion blow, etc. connected to the bottle body, poured, anchored od. Like ..

Depending on the requirements, the filter material can be integrated in the bottleneck, in the bottle shoulder, in the bottom of the bottle or in the sides of the bottle. Depending on the bottle size or application volume per application, the filter size or the air passage area for the bottle can be defined and manufactured.

For bottles or other containers that are not incorporated with the filter material in the manufacturing process, a separate snap-action, crimp or screw element with injected filter may be used which microbiologically seals after or during the manufacturing process into a bore or other opening in the bottle wall becomes.

In the application of the product from the container by squeezing the bottle body, conveying or dosing via a pumping system, a certain amount of product is removed from the container and the resulting space on the microbiologically dense filter, integrated in the bottle wall, with microbiologically purified air of the resulting cavity refilled.

The delivery systems at or near the bottleneck are intended to be disposable only, i.e., do not allow air to enter the bottle through the valve system.

With this decoupled idea of microbiologically dense ventilation to regulate the air balance in the bottle, new anti-allergic applications in the field of personal care, pharmacy, etc. can be developed and marketed.

  • FIG. 1 a longitudinal section through a container according to the invention for receiving a product;
  • FIG. 2 a partially illustrated longitudinal section through a further embodiment of an inventive container.

A container P according to the invention FIG. 1 has a container wall 2. This container wall 2 forms a body 3, a container bottom 4 and a neck 5. The neck 5 is od with a screw thread 6, snap or Krimphals. Like. Provided. It leaves an opening 7 for introducing a product into a container interior 8 free.

According to the invention, an opening 9 is formed in the neck 5, into which a membrane filter 10 is inserted.

In a transition region between the neck 5 and the body 3, a second embodiment of the invention is shown. Here, a membrane filter 10.1 is not used directly in the container wall 2, but in a snap element 11 or a screw od. Like., Which is then inserted under appropriate sealing in an opening 9.1 of the container wall 2.

In FIG. 2 a further embodiment of a container P 1 is shown. In addition to a membrane filter 10 and a membrane filter 10.1 in a snap-action element 11, sleeve-shaped sections 12.1 and 12.2 are withdrawn from or drawn into the container wall 2.1, into each of which a membrane filter 10.2 or 10.3 is inserted.

Die Funktionsweise der vorliegenden Erfindung ist folgende:The operation of the present invention is as follows:

The filter material for the membrane filter is commercially available as a band. In a first embodiment, it is included in the production process of the container itself. During the production process of the container, for example a spraying, injection blow molding, coextrusion blowing or extrusion blow molding, the required filter surface is punched out of the filter band and introduced into the production process. The filter surface is then, as provided for the membrane filter 10, 10.2 and 10.3, for example, poured into the container wall.

On the other hand, it is provided for the membrane filter 10.1 that it is inserted into a separate snap element 11, for example cast. This snap element 11 is then inserted together with the membrane filter 10.1 into the container wall 2 or 2.1. Thereafter, the product is filled into the container P and P 1 and the opening. 7 The product is sealed so that the product is microbiologically sealed off. For this reason, there is also an application of the product via a valve od. The like., Which prevents a free air inlet into the container interior 8.

10.3 nachgesaugt. Diese verhindern aber, dass Fremdkörper, od. dgl. Verunreinigungen in den Behälterinnenraum 8 gelangen. If the product is discharged via the valve, air is sucked into the container interior 8 via the membrane filters 10, 10.1, 10.2 or 10.3. However, these prevent foreign bodies, or the like, from getting into the container interior 8.
