Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts mittlerer bis hoher Viskosität, wobei das Produkt in einem Behälter (2) gespeichert ist, wobei der Behälter (2) eine Kammer (1) mit flüssigem Produkt durch eine Versorgungsöffnung (22) mit einem Rückschlagventil (21) versorgt, das verhindern, dass das flüssige Produkt aus der Kammer (1) in den Behälter (2) zirkuliert, wobei das flüssige Produkt aus der Kammer (1) in eine Spenderöffnung (31) ausgestoßen wird, die in einem bewegbar Spenderelement (3) eingearbeitet ist, wobei die Spendervorrichtung weiterhin umfasst:
    - rein elastisches und verformbares Dichtelement (32), das die Spenderöffnung (31) in einer geschlossenen Stellung verschließt, wobei das Dichtelement (32) mindestens einen im Verhältnis zum bewegbaren Spenderelement (3) bewegbaren Abschnitt (322) umfasst, um sich zu öffnen, wenn das flüssige Produkt aufgestoßen wird und das Dichtelement (32) dazu neigt, aufgrund von Elastizität nach dem Ausstoß in eine geschlossene Stellung zurückzukommen,
    - eine elastische und verformbare Trennwand (11), deren innere Wand einen ersten Kammerabschnitt bildet, wobei die verformbare Trennwand (11) in einer nicht komprimierten Stellung in Außenrichtung der Kammer gewölbt ist und sich bis zu einer unteren starren Trennwand erstreckt, in die die Versorgungsöffnung (22) eingearbeitet ist, oder bis zu einer seitlichen starren Trennwand, die mit der unteren starren Trennwand verbunden ist, wobei die verformbare Trennwand (11) ein Ausstoßloch des ersten Kammerabschnitts umfaßt, wobei die Ränder des Ausstoßlochs der verformbaren Trennwand (11) durch eine Verlängerungsleitung bestimmter Festigkeit verlängert werden, die sich dicht bis zur Spenderöffnung verstreckt, und
    - Verbindungsmittel (3, 38, 301, 302, 303) zwischen einerseits einer Stützfläche des bewegbaren Spenderelements (3), auf die von einem Benutzer ein Druck ausgeübt wird, und andererseits den Rändern des Ausstoßlochs der verformbaren Trennwand (11) oder einer gewölbten Außenwand der verformbaren Trennwand, um die verformbare Trennwand zu komprimieren und das Volumen der Kammer (1) zu reduzieren und um das flüssige Produkt in die Spenderöffnung auszustoßen, wobei die verformbare Trennwand am Ende der Druckanwendung durch den Benutzer durch Elastizität in ihre nicht komprimierte Stellung zurückkommt, um durch die Versorgungsöffnung flüssiges Produkt in die Kammer anzusaugen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegbare Spenderelement (3) derart verschiebbar und drehbar bewegbar ist, dass es im Verhältnis zu seiner Ruhestellung unter dem Druck des Benutzers neigbar ist,
    wobei sich flexible Führungslaschen (301), die mit einer Seite des bewegbaren Spenderelements (3) verbunden sind und in Richtung der verformbaren Trennwand (11) zeigen, auf der verformbaren Trennwand oder einer Wand eines Unterbringungsraums (30) der verformbaren Trennwand abstützen.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfläche des bewegbaren Spenderelements flach oder hohl gekrümmt ist und um ein Spenderloch angeordnet ist, durch das die Spenderöffnung mündet, wobei das elastische und verformbare Dichtelement (32) in seiner geschlossenen Stellung zurückgezogen oder in der Verlängerung der Stützfläche (S3) ist.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (32) eine Scheibe (32a, 32b) mit mindestens einem Befestigungspunkt auf dem Rand des Spenderlochs ist, die sich auf dem Rand des Spenderlochs abstützt.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe auf dem Rand des Spenderlochs über seinen ganzen Umfang (321b) befestigt ist, wobei die Scheibe eine Mehrzahl von Schlitzen hat, die die Scheibe in mehrere bewegbare Abschnitte (322a, 322d) teilen, wobei Stützarme mindestens eines der bewegbaren Abschnitte quer zur Spenderöffnung (31) angeordnet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe in einem Rücksprung (320) des bewegbaren Spenderelements (3) mit der Tiefe (H3) angeordnet ist, die größer als die Dicke (H32) der Scheibe ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der bewegliche Abschnitt (322, 322b, 322d) des Dichtelements in Verschlussstellung auf einem Dichtungsgrat (323) abstützt, der in Richtung des bewegbaren Abschnitts hervorsteht und zum bewegbaren Spenderelement (3) gehört.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (32) mit einem Teil verbunden ist, das die verformbare Trennwand (11) umfasst, wobei sich die Leitung vom Ausstoßloch der Trennwand (11) bis zur Spenderöffnung erstreckt, wobei das Dichtelement (32) geschlitzt und in Außenrichtung der Kammer (1) gewölbt ist, wobei das Teil mit seiner verformbaren und weniger starren Leitung als die verformbare Trennwand (11) hergestellt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegbare Spenderelement (3) eine seitliche Führungsfläche in einem Zylinder umfasst, wobei die seitliche Führungsfläche ein gerundetes Profil hat, das eine Drehung ermöglicht, um die Neigung des bewegbaren Spenderelements (3) im Verhältnis zu seiner Ausrichtung in seiner Ruhestellung zu erlauben, wobei die Verlängerungsleitung gegenüber oder in der Spenderöffnung steht, abgestützt auf dem bewegbaren Spenderelement, wobei die Verlängerungsleitung starrer als die bewegbare Trennwand ist, damit der vom Benutzer auf die Stützfläche ausgeübte Druck die verformbare Trennwand komprimiert, wobei die verformbare Trennwand (11) dann durch Rückkehr in ihre nicht komprimierte Stellung das bewegbare Spenderelement (3) zurückdrückt
  9. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerungsleitung verformbar ist, wobei sich die Verlängerungsleitung unter dem von dem Benutzer ausgeübten Druck nach der verformbaren Trennwand (11) verformt, um das Volumen der Kammer weiter zu reduzieren und eine erste zusätzliche Dosis flüssige Produkts auszustoßen.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerungsleitung eine Leitung (120) mit Balg ist.
  11. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen oberen Anschlagring (4) gegen eine obere Umfangfläche des bewegbaren Spenderelements (3) umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegbare Spenderelement, das den Unterbringungsraum (30) verschließt, in dem die verformbare Trennwand (11) angeordnet ist, die elastischen und gebogenen Führungslaschen den vom Benutzer durch eine Kompressionskraft auf die verformbare Trennwand (11) ausgeübten Druck teilweise übertragen oder auf das bewegbare Spenderelement (3) in Abstützung auf die Wand des Unterbringungsraums eine Rückholkraft in die Ausgangsstellung ausüben,
  13. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel zwischen der Stützfläche des bewegbaren Spenderelements (3) und der Außenwand der verformbaren Trennwand (11) mindestens eine starre Lasche (302) umfassen, die mit einer Seite des bewegbaren Spenderelements (3) verbunden ist, die in Richtung verformbare Trennwand (11) angeordnet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung zum Spenden flüssigen Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein im Spenderelement (3) verschiebbarer Druckknopf (38) mindestens eine starre Lasche (303) umfasst, die sich auf der Außenwand der verformbaren Trennwand (11) abstütz, die sich zwischen ihrem Ausstoßloch und der starren Trennwand verstreckt, bis zu der sich die verformbare Trennwand (11) erstreckt, um die verformbare Trennwand zu komprimieren, wenn der Knopf gedrückt wird und eine zweite zusätzliche Dosis flüssigen Produkts freizugeben, wobei die verformbare Trennwand danach den Knopf durch elastizitätsbedingtes Zurückkommen in ihre nicht komprimierte Stellung zurückdrückt.
