The substrate has a surface. The electrode array (22) is disposed on the surface of the substrate. The non-crystalline column integrated driving circuit (23) is disposed on the surface of the substrate and is electrically connected with the electrode array. The non-crystalline row integrated driving circuit (24) is disposed on the surface of the substrate and is electrically connected with the electrode array. In addition, a manufacturing method of the display apparatus (2) is also disclosed.
