Claims (4)

  1. Block-Kokille zum Gießen ultra-dünner (20 bis 50 mm) Stahl-Platten mit einer Gieß-Geschwindigkeit zwischen 6 und 16 m/min, um damit eine Längs-Symmetrieebene (X) und eine Querschnitts-Symmetrieebene (Y) zu definieren, die wechselseitig orthogonal sind, umfassend eine durchgehende Höhlung mit einem Einlauf-Abschnitt und einem Auslauf-Abschnitt des Stahls, wobei die Höhlungs-Oberfläche besteht aus zwei ersten Wänden (4, 5), die so angeordnet sind, dass sie wechselseitig zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Längs-Symmetrieebene (X) gegenüber liegen und mit jeweiligen Wölbungen der Längs-Symmetrieebene (X) gegenüberliegen, und aus zwei zweiten schmalen, flachen, rechteckigen Wänden (6, 7), die parallel zu der Querschnitts-Symmetrieebene (Y) angeordnet sind, wobei die ersten und zweiten Wände eine jeweilige Wölbung haben und vier Längs-Ecken in den wechselseitigen Verbindungszonen bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in allen Abschnitten der Block-Kokille, die auf einer Querschnitts-Ebene senkrecht zu den Längs- (X) und Querschnitts- (Y) Symmetrieebenen zwischen dem Einlauf-Abschnitt und dem Auslauf-Abschnitt angeordnet sind, die jeweiligen Wölbungen die Form eines Halbkreis-Bogens eines vorbestimmten Radius haben, wodurch die Tangente in Form einer geraden Linie an dem Halbkreis-Bogen, die die jeweilige Ecke schneidet, einen Winkel y, dessen Wert zwischen 1 und 19 ° liegt, mit einer Ebene parallel zu der Längs-Symmetrieebene (X) bildet und worin "1" einen Wert zwischen 750 und 2000 mm hat und "f" zwischen 15 und 100 mm am Einlauf-Abschnitt ist, worin "1" die Entfernung zwischen den schmalen Wänden wiedergibt und "f" die Wölbung der konkaven Wände (4, 5) der Höhlung auf der Sicht-Ebene parallel zu den Achsen x, y wiedergibt.
  2. Block-Kokille nach Anspruch 1, worin der Radius der Biegung des Halbkreis-Bogens auf der Querschnitts-Ebene denselben Wert in jedem Punkt der Längs-Erstreckung der Höhlung zwischen dem Einlauf-Abschnitt und dem Auslauf-Abschnitt des Stahls hat.
  3. Block-Kokille nach Anspruch 1, worin der Radius der Biegung des Halbkreis-Bogens auf der Querschnitts-Ebene einen linear ansteigenden Wert zwischen dem Einlauf-Abschnitt und einem vorbestimmten Zwischen-Abschnitt hat, der vor dem Auslauf-Abschnitt des Stahls liegt, und so eine Oberfläche mit der Form eines Kegelstumpfs bildet.
  4. Block-Kokille nach Anspruch 3, worin ein Teil zwischen dem Zwischen-Abschnitt und dem Auslauf-Abschnitt des Stahls parallele Erzeugungs-Linien aufweist.
