Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Halten und Befestigen im Freien eines Werbeträgers, der zum Beispiel die Form einer Leinwand hat, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Rahmen (1) aufweist, der von vier Streben definiert ist, zwei seitliche Streben (2, 3), eine obere und eine untere Strebe (5), wobei jede der Streben aus mindestens zwei parallelen Röhren (6, 7) besteht, die untereinander durch Abstandshalter (8, 8') verbunden sind, wobei die Haltevorrichtung Stabilisierungsmittel (100, 100') aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Auflageelemente (9, 9') aufweisen, die jeweils am Fuß einer der seitlichen Streben (2, 3) an der Basis des Rahmens (1) und senkrecht zu der Ebene des Rahmens angeordnet sind, wobei jedes Auflageelement (9, 9') die Form von mindestens zwei Röhren oder parallelen Stangen (11, 13; 11', 13') aufweist, die untereinander durch Abstandshalter (14, 14', ..., 15, 15' , ...) verbunden sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Strebe (2, 3, 5) und jedes Auflageelement die Form von zwei parallelen Röhren oder Stangen (11, 13; 11', 13') hat.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisierungsmittel (100, 100') ferner mindestens zwei Verbindungselemente (10) aufweisen, die es erlauben, jedes Auflageelement (9, 9') mit dem unteren Teil des Rahmens (1) zu verbinden, wobei die Verbindungselemente (10) Verzweigungen aufweisen, die jedes der Auflageelemente (9, 9') mit einer der Seitenstreben (2, 3) des Rahmens und mit der unteren Strebe (5) verbinden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Einheit aus zwei parallelen Röhren oder Stangen (6, 7; 11, 13; 11', 13') die durch Abstandshalter verbunden sind, eine Ebene bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisierungsmittel (100, 100') ferner so genannte "Winkelelemente" (18, 18', 18", 18"') aufweisen, die konzipiert sind, um die ganze Vorrichtung in den Ebenen senkrecht zu der Ebene, in der sich der Rahmen und der Werbeträger, der auf der Vorrichtung angeordnet ist, befinden, zu verstärken und daher einen Winkelsatz in diese zwei Richtungen zu bilden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisierungsmittel (100, 100') ferner zwei Elemente aufweisen, die jeweils die Form einer Druckstrebe (19, 19') haben, wobei jede Druckstrebe (19, 19') eines der Auflageelemente (9, 9') mit einer der Seitenstreben (2, 3) des Rahmens (1) in einer Ebene senkrecht zum Rahmen (1) verbindet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisierungsmittel (100, 100') ferner Mittel zum festen Verbinden (20, 20') aufweisen, die auch als Ausgleichs- und Stabilisierungsmittel der Auflageelemente (9, 9') derart dienen, dass die Auflageelemente (9, 9') auf Niveau gehalten werden, während sie gleichzeitig angemessen am Boden befestigt werden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallelen Röhren oder Stangen hohl sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisierungsmittel (100, 100') ferner auf dem Niveau der Verzweigungen Verstärkungselemente (21) aufweisen, die die parallelen Röhren oder Stangen verbinden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Röhren oder Stangen aus Metall hergestellt sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unterschiedlichen Elemente, die das Herstellen der Vorrichtung erlauben, die Form einer Reihe ineinander steckbarer Elemente aufweisen, die aneinander geclipst und fest mit Hilfe entsprechender Befestigungsmittel verbunden werden können.
