Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung gemäβ Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zum Umformen einer Platine zu einem Hohlprofil mit mindestens einer Grundplatte, auf welche die umzuformende Platine aufgelegt werden kann, mindestens einem Stempelkern für das Hohlprofil und mindestens zwei Gesenkhälften zur Umformung der Platine zum Hohlprofil sowie ein Verfahren gemäβ Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 5 zur Herstellung eines Hohlprofils mit mindestens einem angeformten Versteifungs- und/oder Funktionselement aus einer Platine, eine solche Vorrichtung und Verfahren sind aus der

characterized in that means for punching and/or cutting the element structure (3, 4) into the planar blank (1, 2) are provided. - Device for shaping a blank into a hollow profile according to Claim 1 or 2,
characterized in that means for punching and/or cutting the element structure (3, 4) into the planar blank (1, 2) are integrated at least partly in the die core (14). - Device for shaping a blank into a hollow profile according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that moveable means for cutting and/or punching are integrated in the die core (14).
- Method for producing a hollow profile with at least one molded-on stiffening and/or functional element made from a blank, wherein an element structure forming the later stiffening and/or functional element is introduced into the planar blank by punching and/or cutting, characterized in that, using a device for shaping a blank according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, at least one form punch integrated in the die core shapes and optionally fixes the element structure into the stiffening and/or functional element and then the blank is shaped into the hollow profile by means of at least two die halves of the device.
- Method for producing a hollow profile according to Claim 5,
characterized in that, after the blank is placed on a base plate of a device for shaping the blank into a hollow profile, the form punch shapes and optionally fixes the element structure. - Method for producing a hollow profile according to Claim 5 or 6,
characterized in that punching and/or cutting of the element structure takes place in the device for shaping the blank into a hollow profile. - Method for producing a hollow profile according to Claim 5 to 7,
characterized in that punching and cutting of the element structure takes place through moveable means for at least one of punching and cutting the blank provided in the device for shaping the blank into a hollow profile. - Method for producing a hollow profile according to Claim 5 to 8,
characterized in that while the blank is being shaped into the hollow profile the blank is pressed by a die core against a supporting plate with a form corresponding to the hollow profile, laterally arranged die halves shape the hollow profile against the die core, and optionally the opposite-lying longitudinal edges of the shaped blank are joined, more particularly welded. - Method for producing a hollow profile according to Claim 5 to 9,
characterized in that before the blank is shaped into the hollow profile at least one of functional and stiffening elements are joined onto the blank.
