Claims (2)

  1. Installation de dosage précis et de mélange homogène de deux constituants de mélange liquides qui sont approvisionnés chacun dans un récipient (12, 14), une pompe (16, 18) étant associée à chaque récipient (12, 14) pour la délivrance d'une quantité définie de constituants de mélange correspondants, et pour le mélange homogène des deux quantités de constituants de mélange définies étant prévu un mélangeur (34), deux conduites d'alimentation (20, 24) étant prévues, lesquelles sont raccordées avec leurs premières extrémités (22, 26) aux pompes (16, 18) qui débouchent avec leurs deuxièmes extrémités (28, 30) éloignées dans une antichambre de mélange (32) du mélangeur (34),
    caractérisée en ce
    que les deux pompes (16, 18) garantissent par une grande plage de viscosité et de pression des deux constituants de mélange un débit volumique constant des constituants de mélange et les constituants de mélange possèdent lors de l'entrée dans l'antichambre de mélange (32) les mêmes pressions d'entrée, les mêmes pressions d'entrée des constituants de mélange étant déterminées lors de l'entrée dans l'antichambre de mélange (32) par le dimensionnement adapté des deux conduites d'alimentation (20, 24) ou pouvant être réglées par des dispositifs d'étranglement (38) prévus dans les conduites d'alimentation (20, 24), en ce que le mélangeur est formé par un mélangeur (34) statique, et en ce qu'un distributeur (36) est prévu dans l'antichambre de mélange (32).
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce
    que les deux conduites d'alimentation (20, 24) présentent un dispositif d'arrêt (40).
