Definitions
- the invention relates to a hydraulic gear machine according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Gear machines such as external gear pumps or external gear motors, are mainly used in mobile hydraulics for the generation or conversion of hydraulic energy.
- the main reason for this is their simple structure, which on the one hand leads to good efficiencies and high reliability even under difficult conditions of use and on the other hand allows cost-effective production.
- Another advantage of the gear machines is that they can be used with a small space and weight requirement in a relatively large speed, temperature and viscosity range.
- a hydraulic external gear machine which has a housing having an interior bounded by two covers attached to the housing.
- a gear arrangement is arranged with a first and a second gear, which mesh with each other in external engagement.
- the first gear is mounted on a shaft which is guided on an input / output side to the outside and sealed by an internal shaft seal.
- the second gear is mounted on an axle.
- Shaft and axle are mounted via bearing bushes in opposite directions in the interior of the housing arranged in pairs bearing bodies.
- the bearing bodies are each provided with a flattening, brought about this in Appendix and centered by means of pins.
- the radial sealing of the gears is pressure-dependent in such gear machines by the operating pressure on the high pressure side in the circumferential direction acts on a cog-shaped gap formed between the cogs on the two gears and presses the axis and the shaft of the gears with a pressure-dependent operating force in the bushings.
- a defined running in of the tooth heads takes place in the housing, whereby the gear wheels remove material from the inner wall of the housing so that sealing zones with an optimum sealing gap are formed.
- the chips formed during shrinkage are removed in a controlled manner with the pressure medium flow.
- the axial sealing of the gears is also pressure-dependent, by each of the outer sides of the arranged on the input / output side and on the opposite side Side arranged bearing body are subjected to pressure, so that the bearing body exercise defined pressing forces in the axial direction on the side surfaces of the gears, ie the bearing body are sealingly pressed on both sides of the gears against the side surfaces of the gears to keep the sealing gap pressure dependent as small as possible there (Axialspaltkompensation).
- the bearing bodies are mounted axially displaceably on the shaft and axle and have a reduced axial length with respect to the housing, so that they are received with axial play in the interior.
- the bearing bodies have on their outer sides each Axialdruckfelder bounded by partially inserted in grooves of the bearing body and the housing Axialfelddichtungen and these associated support elements.
- the pressure acts on the bearing body in the exactly limited Axialdruckfeldern against the internal hydraulic forces, the outer force acting on the bearing bodies force must be slightly larger than the force acting on the bearing body from the inside.
- a sealing ring is provided in each case, which seals the housing to the outside.
- a disadvantage of such gear machines is that centering pins are required for positional positioning of the bearing body and it may come in poorly centered bearing bodies to a stepped offset between the bearing body side bearing surfaces of Axialfelddichtung, so that forms a leakage gap between the Axialfelddichtung and the bearing bodies, the one unwanted pressure medium leakage from high to low pressure range and thereby to a deteriorated volumetric efficiency of the gear machine leads. Furthermore, a stepped offset can lead to premature wear of the axial field seal and the support element.
- the bearing body As a one-piece bearing goggles, wherein the Axialfeld- and housing seals are each introduced into a provided on the inside of the housing cover groove, which are already formed during die-casting of the lid. It has been shown that such one-piece bearing glasses are expensive to manufacture due to their complex geometry.
- the invention has for its object to provide a hydraulic gear machine in which the hydraulic losses are minimized with minimal device complexity.
- the inventive hydraulic gear machine has a front side sealed by at least one lid housing, in the interior of which at least one gear arrangement is arranged with a first and a second gear, which mesh with each other in outer engagement and are mounted on both sides in bearing bodies, wherein between each two radially adjacent bearing bodies a sealing gap is formed.
- one of the bearing bodies in each case has an essentially rotationally symmetrical basic body, wherein the adjacent bearing body has, in the region of the sealing gap, a recess adapted at least in sections to an outer peripheral surface of the first bearing body.
- the bearing bodies are formed in two parts with one of the shaft and one of the i axis associated bearing part, wherein the first bearing body is designed in particular as a simple rotary part, without milling.
- the second bearing body has an at least partially adapted to the outer peripheral surface of the first bearing body recess. This can be compared to the prior art according to the DE 101 04 621 A1 to dispense with a centering of the bearing body to each other by means of pins. A transverse displacement of the bearing body against each other is prevented by the adapted to the outer peripheral surface of the rotationally symmetrical bearing body recess of the second bearing body, so that the hydraulic losses of the gear machine are minimized with minimal device complexity and an improved volumetric efficiency is achieved.
- the recess is at least partially concave.
- the radius of curvature of the recess substantially corresponds to the outer radius of the first bearing body.
- a manufacturing technology especially simple production of the gear machine is achieved when the Axialfelddichtitch are arranged in a groove of the lid.
- the grooves can be made already during die casting of the lid and do not have to be laboriously introduced by a chip process in the bearing body.
- the formation of the grooves is characterized largely cost neutral.
- the medium to be conveyed is promoted in tooth gaps of the gears from a low pressure side to a high pressure side, wherein at least one frontal recess, for example, a 3 to 4 mm deep pocket is provided in at least one of the bearing body, by means of a hydraulic reversal of Pumped medium reached in the direction of the high pressure side of the gear machine and a quenching oil formation is prevented.
- Different reversals can be achieved by varying only one of the bearing bodies.
- Figure 1 shows an inventive, designed as external gear pump gear machine 1 with a housing 2, which has an interior 4, which is bounded by two attached to the housing 2 covers 6, 8.
- a gear arrangement 10 is arranged, which has two meshing with each other in external engagement gears 12, 14.
- the gear 12 is rotatably connected to a drive shaft 16 and mounted on this in the housing 2.
- the drive shaft 16 is guided on a drive side 18 by the cover 6 designed as a bearing cover to the outside and sealed by a shaft seal 20 which limits a shaft seal chamber 22.
- the second gear 14 is rotatably connected to a bearing axis 24.
- the toothed wheels 12, 14 are mounted in bearing eyes 30, 32 via the drive shaft 16 or the bearing axis 24 in bearing bodies 26, 28 arranged opposite one another in the interior of the housing 2.
- the bearing bodies 26, 28 each form a bearing body pair 34, wherein between the radially adjacent bearing bodies 26, 28, a sealing gap 33 is formed.
- the bearing eyes 30, 32 are provided for reducing the bearing friction and improving the emergency running properties each with a plain bearing bush.
- the radial sealing of the gears 12, 14 of the external gear pump 1 is pressure-dependent.
- the operating pressure on the high pressure side acts on the two gears 12, 14 in the circumferential direction via a crescent-shaped gap formed between the gears 12, 14 and presses the axis 24 and the shaft 16 into the bearing bodies 26, 28 and the gears 12 with a pressure-dependent operating force , 14 against the low pressure side of the housing 2, so that during the first operation of the gear pump 1 a defined running of the gears 12, 14 takes place in the housing 2 and sealing zones with an optimum sealing gap arise.
- the axial sealing of the gears 12, 14 is also pressure-dependent, in each case the outer sides of which are arranged on the drive side 18 and arranged on the opposite side bearing body 28, 26 are acted upon by the operating pressure, so that the bearing body 26, 28 defined, pressure-dependent contact forces in the axial direction on the side surfaces of the gears 12, 14 exercise.
- the bearing bodies 26, 28 have a relative to the housing 2 reduced axial length and are each received with an axial play in the interior 4 of the housing 2.
- an axial field seal 36 is arranged in each case with a substantially rectangular cross-section. The pressure acts on the bearing bodies 26, 28 in the exactly limited Axialdruckfeldern against the internal hydraulic forces.
- annular housing seal 38 is provided in each case, which seals the housing 2 to the outside.
- the Axialfelddichtonne 36 and the housing seals 38 in grooves 40 of the cover 6, 8 are arranged.
- the grooves 40 can already be produced during the pressure casting of the covers 6, 8 and do not have to be laboriously introduced by a chip method. The formation of the grooves 40 is thus largely cost neutral.
- one of the bearing bodies has a substantially rotationally symmetrical base body 26, wherein the adjacent bearing body 28 in the region of the sealing gap 33 is connected in sections to the Outer peripheral surface 42 of the first bearing body 26 has adapted recess 44. That is, the bearing body 26, 28 are formed in two parts with one of the drive shaft 16 and one of the bearing axis 24 associated bearing part, wherein the first bearing body 26 in particular as a simple rotary part, without milling.
- the second bearing body 28 is provided with the recess 44 adapted to the outer circumferential surface 42 of the first bearing body 26.
- centering of the bearing bodies 26, 28 relative to one another by means of pins can be dispensed with.
- a transverse displacement of the bearing bodies 26, 28 against each other is prevented by the adapted to the outer peripheral surface 42 of the first bearing body 26 recess 44 of the second bearing body 28, so that the hydraulic losses of the gear machine 1 are minimized with minimal device complexity and an improved volumetric efficiency is achieved.
- the recess 44 is concave and, for example, introduced by a milling process in the bearing body 28.
- the radius of curvature of the recess 44 in this embodiment preferably corresponds to the outer radius of the first bearing body.
- the medium to be delivered is conveyed in tooth gaps of the gears 12, 14 from a low pressure side to a high pressure side, wherein two recesses 46, 48 in the second bearing body 28 in the region of the arcuate recess 44, ie in the region of the tooth flanks of the gears 12, 14, in an end surface 50 are introduced, by means of which a hydraulic reversal of the pumped medium in the direction of the high pressure side of the gear machine 1 is achieved and a quench oil formation is prevented.
- the end recesses 46, 48 are formed as about 3 to 4 mm deep pockets such that they are adjacent to the area of maximum engagement of the gears 12, 14 and open to the side, with a pocket on the respective high pressure side and the other pocket is formed on the respective low pressure side of the gear machine 1. Since the bearing cover-side bearing body pair 34 is arranged only in mirror image relative to the end cover-side bearing body pair, further explanations can be dispensed with in this respect.
- the gear machine 1 according to the invention is not limited to the described embodiment of an external gear pump 1, but the invention can also be used for gear motors, in particular for reversible gear motors, use.

A disadvantage of such gear machines is that centering pins are required for positional positioning of the bearing body and it may come in poorly centered bearing bodies to a stepped offset between the bearing body side bearing surfaces of Axialfelddichtung, so that forms a leakage gap between the Axialfelddichtung and the bearing bodies, the one unwanted pressure medium leakage from high to low pressure range and thereby to a deteriorated volumetric efficiency of the gear machine leads. In contrast, the invention has for its object to provide a hydraulic gear machine in which the hydraulic losses are minimized with minimal device complexity.
This object is achieved by a hydraulic gear machine with the features of
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the recess is at least partially concave. Preferably, the radius of curvature of the recess substantially corresponds to the outer radius of the first bearing body. An advantage of this solution is that a rotation of the bearing body does not affect the center distance of the gears.
A manufacturing technology especially simple production of the gear machine is achieved when the Axialfelddichtungen are arranged in a groove of the lid. As a result, the grooves can be made already during die casting of the lid and do not have to be laboriously introduced by a chip process in the bearing body. The formation of the grooves is characterized largely cost neutral.
In one embodiment of the invention, the medium to be conveyed is promoted in tooth gaps of the gears from a low pressure side to a high pressure side, wherein at least one frontal recess, for example, a 3 to 4 mm deep pocket is provided in at least one of the bearing body, by means of a hydraulic reversal of Pumped medium reached in the direction of the high pressure side of the gear machine and a quenching oil formation is prevented. Different reversals can be achieved by varying only one of the bearing bodies. Preferably, two recesses in the second bearing body in the region of the concave recess, i. In the region of the tooth flanks of the gears are formed so that they are adjacent to the range of maximum engagement of the gears and open to the side, with a pocket on the respective high-pressure side and the other pocket is formed on the respective low-pressure side of the gear machine.
Other advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the other dependent claims.
- 1 shows a longitudinal section of a gear according to the invention, designed as external gear pump and
- FIG. 2 shows a three-dimensional representation of one of the bearing body pairs from FIG. 1.
Figure 1 shows an inventive, designed as external gear
In one embodiment, not shown, the bearing
The radial sealing of the
As can be seen in FIG. 2, which shows a three-dimensional representation of one of the pairs of bearing
The
