At the top end of said upper part 16 of the pole or upright 14 is located an activation handle 24 for said gas-spring cylinder.
  • On the front side of the pole or upright 14 are mounted carrying mountings 26 for a casket for bottles or similar items the user need to bring along.
  • Fig. 5 shows by way of example the height adjustment range of the arm rest member 18 from a lowermost position with a total height of 885 mm to a height position of 1305 mm.
  • Fig. 6 shows by way of example the width adjustment range of the side support panels 8 from a minimum width of 700 mm to a maximum width of 850 mm.
  • Fig. 7 shows by way of example the width adjustment of the arm rest members 18 from a minimum outer width of 525 to a maximum outer width of 760 mm. The fixation of the swingable arm rest members 18 is carried out by means of lower finger screws 19.
  • Fig. 8 shows by way of example the angular adjustment of the handles 20 in the range I the order of about 120°. The fixation of the handles 20 in the correct or wanted position is carried out by mean of finger screws 21 facing forwards.
  • Figs. 9A and 9B show the handle 20 and the brake handle 22 in more details, while Figs. 10A and 10B show how a single braking cable 28 from the braking handle 22 at the lowermost part of the pole or upright 14 by a connecting block unit 30 is joint with two braking cables 32 leading to a braking system 34 (Fig. 13) of each of the rear driving wheels 10 so that both braking systems 34 of both rear driving wheels 10 are operated simultaneously by means of the common braking handle 22.
  • The braking system 34 is described in more details with reference to Figs. 11-13. In Fig. 11 is shown an exploded view where the respective parts of the braking system 34 are shown in order of the mounting thereof.
