Description

Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 6.The invention relates to a method for operating a packaging emptying station according to the preamble of patent claim 1 or preamble of patent claim 6.

Many industries today require a high degree of purity in the manufacture of products. It goes without saying that when manufacturing chemicals or medicines, care must be taken not to contaminate raw materials or processed products. Not only the quality of the products or the raw materials plays a role in this context, but also the protection of persons. Employees who are in contact with hazardous or hazardous substances must be protected from harmful exposure. The problem is often the introduction of a raw material or a further processed product in the production process, because both an examination of the delivered raw material and the delivery containers of different manufacturers are difficult to integrate into an automated testing process. For this reason, this step is often still done manually by employees.

Out EP-A-0 520 183 is a packaging emptying station where a user can empty a package and off WO2005 / 056443 A a method for emptying and filling containers known.

The object of the invention is to provide a further, simplified method for operating a packaging emptying station, in which a risk to a person and a contamination of the environment are avoided.

Fig. 1 shows a packaging emptying station in the starting position, in which a packaging to be emptied 1 has been brought via a lifting table 3 in a einschleusbare position. The packaging emptying station is further provided with a roller conveyor 4 through which the package to be emptied can be conveyed through the packaging emptying station, a loading station 2 in which the emptied packaging is emptied and which is provided with a viewing window 12 and with glove inserts 11 for access equipped in the feeding station 2. The packaging 1 is introduced via an inlet 5 into the packaging emptying station and discharged again via an outlet 9 after emptying. In this first embodiment, the outlet 9 is not absolutely necessary. It is also conceivable that a desired number of packages in the packaging emptying station introduced and then discharged via the inlet 5 again. The emptied content of the packaging 1 can be supplied via a product outlet 10 to a further production step. In Fig. 2 For example, a package 1 has been brought into a slidable position via a lift table 3, and the interior of the package discharge station is sealed off from the outside environment of the package discharge station via an endless tubular film 6 positioned at both the inlet 5 and the outlet 9. The endless tubular film 6 is closed by a film closure 7 for this purpose.

Fig. 3 shows a Einschleusevorgang the package 1, in which the package 1 is introduced through the inlet 5 in the feed station and the package pulls the endless tubular film 6 into the interior of the feed station. The packaging 1 will, as in Fig. 4 shown, introduced, wherein the endless tubular film 6 is closed behind the package 1, whereby the packaging 1 surrounded by the endless tubular film 6 enters the interior of the packaging emptying station without coming into contact with the outside environment. Depending on the size of the package or the operation of the user, the endless tubular film 6 does not have to be closed after the first package. It is also possible to introduce a plurality of packages in the inlet 5 and to close the endless tubular film after any number of packages until again. The same applies to the discharge of the empty packaging at the outlet 9. The packaging 1 surrounded by the endless tubular film can be drawn by the user into the center of the feeding station 2 via the gloves 11. Fig. 5 ), while another package can be pushed into the inlet 5. Depending on the desired procedure, the endless tubular film 6, which surrounds the package can be separated after any number of packages on the closure in such a way that the inlet closed ver is. The contents of the package will be used during an emptying process as in Fig. 6 , which is performed by cutting the film 6, discharged into a product outlet 10. After the packaging has been emptied, a second packaging, as in Fig. 7 shown, behind which the endless tubular film 6 is in turn closed, pulled into the feeding station and a third package can be brought into a einschleusbare position. As a last step, as in Fig. 8 2, the residual film and the empty package with the endless tubular film 6 positioned at the outlet 9 are discharged from the feeding station 2 without coming into contact with the outside environment. For this purpose, the endless tubular film, after it has surrounded at least one empty packaging, tied twice and separated between the Abbindestellen.

In Fig. 9 a packaging emptying station according to a second preferred embodiment is shown. The packaging emptying station differs from the first preferred embodiment in that a container 14, for. B. a keg containing the packaging to be emptied, can be connected to the inlet. The inlet, preferably a connecting piece 15, is inclined so that the contents of the container 14 can slide into the feeding station.

In Fig. 10 is shown a starting position, in which the connecting piece and the outlet 9 are in turn closed by an endless tubular film 6. The container 14 containing the package to be emptied is brought into a connectable position via a lifting device. After the container 14 has been brought into this position and opened, the endless tubular film 6 is connected to the container 14 via a connecting device, preferably an O-ring, and the closure of the endless tubular film 6 is opened. If the container 14 is now connected to the connecting piece 15, the contents slip through the endless tubular film 6 into the feeding station 2 inside. The container 14 is separated after emptying of the spigot so that the continuous tubular film 6 connected to the container 14 closes both the container 14 and the connecting piece 15 and the interior of the container 14 and the feeding station 2 gets no contact with the outside environment , This is in turn achieved by closing and cutting twice between the ligation sites. The in the FIGS. 14 and 15 illustrated drainage process and the in Fig. 16 The reject process shown is the same as in the first preferred embodiment.
