- the breaking operation of the air circuit breaker is performed as follows. In breaking a circuit, the movable contactor 38 is separated from the terminal 39 by virtue of the elastic force of the stretched breaking spring 37 to return to its original state as shown in FIG. 6 .

Claims (4)
- Luftschalter umfassend:eine Nocke (22), welche mit einer Drehwelle (21) verbunden ist und gedreht wird;einen Antriebshebel (24), welcher mit der Nocke (22) verbunden ist und gedreht wird;eine Ausschaltfeder (25), welche mit dem Antriebshebel (24) verbunden ist und entsprechend der Drehung des Antriebshebels (24) komprimiert wird;eine Vielzahl von Verbindungen (29, 34, 35), die eine Antriebskraft übertragen, die erzeugt wird, wenn die Ausschaltfeder (25) gedehnt ist;eine Schaltwelle (3), welche mit einer der Verbindungen (35) durch eine Verbindungswelle (36) verbunden ist, und entsprechend der Bewegung der Verbindung (35) dreht; undeine Ausschaltfeder (37), welche einen Endabschnitt mit einem Fixierloch (72) aufweist, von dem eine Seite geöffnet ist, um an der Verbindungswelle (36) senkrecht zu einer Axiallinienrichtung der Verbindungswelle (36) befestigt zu sein, und deren anderer Endabschnitt an einer Unterstützungswelle (60) befestigt ist, die an dem Rahmen (9) montiert ist, von welchem die Vielzahl von Verbindungen (29, 34, 35) getragen wird;wobei die Ausschaltfeder umfasst:ein erstes Fixierteil (70) mit einem Fixierloch (72), das in eine äußere Umfangsoberfläche der Verbindungswelle (36) einzufügen ist;ein zweites Fixierteil (55) mit einem Fixierloch (56), welches in die Unterstützungswelle (60) eingefügt wird; undein elastisches Bauteil (57), welches zwischen die ersten (70) und zweiten (55) Fixierteile eingesetzt ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das erste Fixierteil (70) eine rechtwinklige Plattenform aufweist. - Luftschalter nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem das Fixierloch (72) eine Öffnung (73) umfasst, durch welche die Verbindungswelle (36) eingefügt wird, und ein Aufnahmeteil (74), welches mit der Öffnung (73) kommuniziert und die Verbindungswelle (36) aufnimmt.
- Luftschalter nach Anspruch 2, bei welchem das Aufnahmeteil (74) an einer entfernteren Position gebildet ist als die Öffnung (73) in Bezug auf das erste Fixierteil (70) entlang einer Ausdehnungsrichtung des elastischen Bauteils (57).
- Luftschalter nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem ein Endabschnitt des ersten Fixierteils (70) ein Stopploch (78) umfasst, in welchem ein Werkzeug (80) gefangen ist.
