Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren, eine Vorrichtung und eine Anlage zum Feststellen und Ausscheiden von Unregelmäßigkeiten aus einem bewegten Materialstrom im Zuge der Herstellung von Werkstoffplatten.The invention relates to a method, a device and a system for detecting and eliminating irregularities from a moving material flow in the course of the production of material plates.
Die Aufgabe vorliegender Erfindung besteht darin, die aus einem Trockner oder einer Beleimstation herangeführten Materialströme vor einem Streugutbunker auf Unregelmäßigkeiten zu überprüfen und diese auszuscheiden. Die Lösung der Aufgabe für eine Vorrichtung besteht darin, dass nach Auffächerung des Materialstromes durch eine sich verbreiternde Fächerschurre (2) ein oder mehrere Leitkanäle (5) mit parallelen Außenwänden angeordnet sind,
wobei zu Beginn des Leitkanals (5) eine Durchstrahlungsvorrichtung (3) angeordnet ist und in einem nachfolgenden Abstand hierzu eine Austragsvorrichtung (4). In einem zugehörigen Verfahren wird der Materialstrom mittels einer Fächerschurre ausgebreitet, anschließend mittels einer Durchstrahlung untersucht, und schließlich werden vor der Weiterverarbeitung die ermittelten Unregelmäßigkeiten durch kurzzeitiges Ableiten eines über die Breite partiellen Anteiles des Materialstromes ausgeschieden.
The object of the present invention is to check the material flow from a dryer or a gluing station upstream of a grit hopper for irregularities and to eliminate them. The solution of the problem for a device is that after fanning the material flow through a widening fan chute (2) one or more guide channels (5) are arranged with parallel outer walls,
wherein at the beginning of the guide channel (5) a radiating device (3) is arranged and at a subsequent distance thereto a discharge device (4). In an associated method, the material flow is spread out by means of a fan chute, then examined by means of radiation, and finally, the determined irregularities are eliminated by briefly diverting a part of the material flow which is partial over the width before further processing.
