Abstract
Es wird ein Auftrags-Bestrahlungs-System beschrieben, welches ein erstes Auftragswerk zum Aufbringen einer ersten Auftragsschicht auf eine Trägerbahn umfasst. Das Auftrags-Bestrahlungs-System umfasst außerdem eine Bestrahlungseinheit, in der ein erster Elektronenstrahlerzeuger und ein zweiter Elektronenstrahlerzeuger zur Bestrahlung der Trägerbahn angeordnet sind. Die innerhalb der Bestrahlungseinheit angeordneten Elektronenstrahlerzeuger weisen Anschlüsse für mindestens eine Pumpenvorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Betriebsvakuums auf. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Auftrags-Bestrahlungs-System eine Bahnführungsvorrichtung, welche die Trägerbahn nacheinander, aber nicht notwendigerweise unmittelbar nacheinander, dem ersten Auftragswerk, dem ersten Elektronenstrahlerzeuger, dem zweiten Elektronenstrahlerzeuger zuführt. An order irradiation system is described which comprises a first application unit for applying a first application layer to a carrier web. The job irradiation system further comprises an irradiation unit in which a first electron gun and a second electron gun are arranged to irradiate the carrier web. The electron beam generators arranged within the irradiation unit have connections for at least one pump device for generating an operating vacuum. In addition, the application-irradiation system comprises a web-guiding device which feeds the carrier web successively, but not necessarily immediately after one another, to the first applicator, the first electron gun, the second electron gun.
