Abstract
Rückschlagventil für Dosierpumpen, insbesondere zur Anwendung bei Spritzvorrichtungen der Pflanzenschutztechnik, mit einem Ventilgehäuse (12) mit einer Durchlassöffnung und einem Ventilkörper (18), der wenigstens eine die Durchlassöffnung verschließende Position und eine Durchlassöffnung freigebende Position einnehmen kann, und Mitteln (24) zum Aufbringen einer Schließkraft auf den Ventilkörper, wobei die Schließkraft den Ventilkörper in seine, die Durchlassöffnung verschließende Position vorspannt und wobei der Ventilkörper in seinem, den Ventilsitz verschließenden Zustand einen Förderdruckbereich (34) von einem Gegendruckbereich (36) trennt. Der Ventilkörper ist so gestaltet und im Ventilkörper angeordnet, dass in seiner die Durchlassöffnung verschließenden Position eine parallel zum freien Querschnitt der Durchlassöffnung ausgerichtete effektive Angriffsfläche des Ventilkörpers für einen Gegendruck im Gegendruckbereich im Wesentlichen null ist. The valve body is designed and arranged in the valve body such that in its position closing the passage opening, an effective engagement surface of the valve body aligned parallel to the free cross section of the passage opening is essentially zero for a back pressure in the counterpressure region.
