Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fluidschaltung, insbesondere Hydraulikschaltung für eine Lastverlagerungseinrichtung eines Flurförderzeugs, mit einer Fluidzufuhrleitung (118a, 118b, 118c), durch welche ein Fluid aus einem Fluidvorrat (112) mittels einer Fluidpumpe (116) zu wenigstens einem Fluidspeicher (120) eines Verbrauchers (122) förderbar ist, und mit einer Fluidrückführleitung (118c, 148, 118a), durch welche Fluid verbrauchergetrieben von dem wenigstens einen Fluidspeicher (120) über die Fluidpumpe (116) zu dem Fluidvorrat (112) rückführbar ist, wobei in der Fluidzufuhrleitung (118a, 118b, 118c) ein strömungsrichtungsabhängig Fluid durchlassendes Ventil (130)vorgesehen ist, welches eine Fluid-Zufuhrströmung (Z) vom Fluidvorrat (112) zum Fluidspeicher durchlässt und welches eine Fluid-Rückführströmung (R) vom Fluidspeicher (120) zum Fluidvorrat (112) sperrt, wobei die Fluidschaltung weiterhin wenigstens ein schaltbares Ventil (132, 134) umfasst, welches schaltbar ist zwischen einer Rückführströmungs-Durchlassstellung (140, 144'), in welcher es eine Fluid-Rückführströmung (R) durchlässt, und einer Rückführströmungs-Sperrstellung, (142, 146) in welcher es eine Fluid-Rückführströmung (R) sperrt, und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Fluidrückführleitung (118c, 148, 118a) zumindest abschnittsweise von der Fluidzufuhrleitung (118a, 118b, 118c) gesondert ausgebildet ist, wobei das schaltbare Ventil (132, 134) in dem von der Fluidzufuhrleitung (118b) gesonderten Abschnitt (148) der Fluidrückführleitung (118c, 148, 118a) vorgesehen ist. The invention relates to a fluid circuit, in particular a hydraulic circuit for a load transfer device of a truck, with a fluid supply line (118a, 118b, 118c), through which a fluid from a fluid reservoir (112) by means of a fluid pump (116) to at least one fluid reservoir (120) of a consumer (122) and with a fluid return line (118c, 148, 118a) through which fluid consumer driven from the at least one fluid reservoir (120) via the fluid pump (116) to the fluid reservoir (112) is traceable, wherein in the fluid supply line ( 118a, 118b, 118c) there is provided a flow direction dependent fluid passing valve (130) which passes a fluid supply flow (Z) from the fluid reservoir (112) to the fluid reservoir and which provides a fluid return flow (R) from the fluid reservoir (120) to the fluid reservoir ( 112) blocks, wherein the fluid circuit further comprises at least one switchable valve (132, 134) which is switchable zw A return flow passage position (140, 144 ') in which it passes a fluid return flow (R) and a return flow blocking position (142, 146) in which it blocks a fluid return flow (R) is characterized in that the fluid return line (118c, 148, 118a) is formed at least in sections from the fluid supply line (118a, 118b, 118c), wherein the switchable valve (132, 134) in the separate from the fluid supply line (118b) portion (148 ) of the fluid return line (118c, 148, 118a) is provided.
