Abstract

Der insbesondere für Luftpumpen mit einer Membran als Pumporgan vorgesehene piezoelektrische Pumpenantrieb, weist ein Resonanzschwingsystem auf, das mit wenigstens einer mittels einer Resonanzfeder (11) federelastisch gelagerten Resonanzmasse (12) versehen ist und dessen Schwingungen von wenigstens einem elektrisch aktivierten Piezoelement (1) erzeugt werden. Von diesem Schwingsystem wird das Pumporgan oszillierend angetrieben. Das Piezoelement (1) steht über die mit der Resonanzmasse (12) versehene Resonanzfeder (11) mit dem Pumporgan in kraft- und bewegungsübertragender Antriebsverbindung. Dabei ist als Resonanzfeder (11) und Träger der Resonanzmasse (12) wenigstens eine solche stab-, blatt- oder bandförmige Feder (21) vorgesehen, auf welche das Piezoelement (1) an einem kurzen Hebelarm (23) einwirkt, und die an einem längeren Hebelarm (24) die Resonanzmasse (12) trägt, so dass zwischen den antreibenden Bewegungsamplituden des Piezoelements (1) und den resultierenden Bewegungsamplituden der Resonanzmasse (12) eine positive mechanische Wegübersetzung besteht.
