Bei entsprechend großen Breitenabmessungen einer solchen Breitwebmaschine sind auch hier die Verbindungsstangen d.h. die seitlichen Stangenverlängerungen zwischen den Antriebsvorrichtungen und den Schaftzugstangen sehr lang, so dass auch bei einer derartigen Ausbildung ein unerwünschtes Ausbiegen der Verbindungsstangen oftmals nicht vermeidbar ist.Such width looms, for example, have a weaving width of 8 to 30 m. Claims (10)
- Wide loom (10) with a number of heald frames (12), each of which is connected by means of a number of heald pull levers (14) and heald connecting rods (16) to a heald pull rod (18), for the drive of which a drive device (24) is provided, the heald pull levers (14), together with the associated heald connecting rods (16), being accommodated in loom sections (20) defined by the drives (21) of the batten of the loom (10), characterized in that at least one drive device (24) for an associated heald frame (12) is accommodated in each of the sections (20).
- Wide loom according to Claim 1, characterized in that a number of drive devices (24) for a corresponding number of heald frames are accommodated in each of the sections (20).
- Wide loom according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the respective drive device (24) is connected to the associated heald pull lever (14).
- Wide loom according to Claim 3, characterized in that the respective drive device (24) is connected to the associated heald pull lever (14) by means of a controlled eccentric device (30).
- Wide loom according to Claim 4, characterized in that the eccentric device (30) is provided adjustably for setting the heald stroke of the associated heald frame (12).
- Wide loom according to Claim 3, characterized in that the respective drive device (24) is connected to the associated heald pull lever (14) by means of an elastic or articulated traction mechanism (38).
- Wide loom according to Claim 6, characterized in that the respective traction mechanism (38) is a toothed belt (40).
- Wide loom according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the respective drive device (24) is connected to the associated heald pull rod (18).
- Wide loom according to Claim 8, characterized in that the respective drive device (24) is connected to the associated heald pull rod (18) via an elastic or articulated traction mechanism (38) by means of a driver (46).
- Wide loom according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the respective drive device (24) has a variable drive motor (26) with a gear (28).
