Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Erdtank gemäß Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an underground tank according to the preamble of
Under an underground tank is to be understood in this context, a tank that is usually installed underground and is used above ground only in special circumstances. Such underground tanks are known for example from the

The invention has for its object to provide a ground tank, which has minimal transport dimensions and allows to place the Tankdom leading and running away from this optimal piping.
The stated object is achieved with the features of
Since the tank dome is made separately as a loose part, it can be made independently of the ground tank itself from the requirements of the tank dome specially righteous material and designed accordingly. The transport dimensions of the underground tank are minimized because the supernatant of the tank dome is eliminated. The ability to turn the tank dome in the installation position in selectable rotational positions relative to the underground tank, it allows to the tank dome guided piping optimally place and lay, because the optimal rotational position of the tank dome regardless of the location of the underground tank on site to the pipelines can be adjusted. An essential aspect is to stow the subsequently mountable tank dome in the opening of the underground tank in order to achieve a compact transport container with minimized transport dimensions, wherein the inserted in the transport position in the opening Tankdom additional storage space for other equipment offers. It is advantageous if the tank dome can be inserted so far that it does not protrude appreciably in the transport position on the adjacent outline of the underground tank.
Continuous rotation of 360 ° increases the flexibility of the system even more.
The assembly of the tank dome is particularly easy when the tank dome is snapped with the tank or tank part. There are no additional fasteners and no special tools needed for assembly. By snapping the tank dome and the required tightness is achieved.
Structurally simple opening with a collar and a shoulder is already prepared for convenient assemblage of a tank dome. During assembly, only the snap hooks need to be locked. The desired rotational position of the tank dome is expediently chosen before snapping. As a rule, the at least one inserted seal anyway greased or moistened, it is even possible to rotate the snapped Tankdom in the desired rotational position, or subsequently change a first selected rotational position in order to place the pipes optimally. The snapping is conveniently effected by means of the foot of the tank dome.
It may be expedient to first produce the tank or the tank part with the closed by a disc opening, as this provides manufacturing technology advantages, and only subsequently remove the disc along a desired dividing line. This separation then exposes the collar for snapping the tank dome. This can already be done by the manufacturer.
In an expedient embodiment, the tank dome has a non-circular cross section except for the foot part. In this non-circular cross-section, flats for pipe connections can be prepared. Preferably, at least one Erdverzahnungsvertiefung is provided which prevents subsequent rotation of the tank dome, as the tank dome meshed with the soil.
In terms of manufacturing technology, the foot part has an outer flange on the tank boss wall and an outer ring projecting from the outer flange and approximately coaxial with the tank boss axis. The outer flange is slipped over the opening when the male ring enters the opening. In this way, the tank dome is stably supported on the underground tank.
On the outside of the root region of the Einsteckrings may be provided in the outer flange at least one Dichtungsaufnahmenut. In this Dichtungsaufnahmenut either a sealing frame is inserted or penetrates a sealing ring placed around the opening on the Erdtank. By snapping the required sealing force is generated.
Suitably, the edge of the opening of the tank or tank part is double-walled and ribbed in order to ensure high strength in this area.
In the circumferential course of the Einsteckrings more resilient snap hooks are advantageously provided which hook automatically after insertion of the Einsteckrings behind the shoulder in the underground tank. If necessary, the snap connection can be released by engaging from above through the tank dome again.
In one embodiment, the snap hooks are arranged along the circumferential course of the Einsteckrings in several groups, between which snap hook free areas available. As a result, the Einsteckring over a large part of its circumference is very stable and is generated when snapping a positive and non-positive at many points along the circumference.
A transition between the outer flange and the Tankdomwand should be maximum on the outer diameter of the Einsteckrings so that the tank dome can be inserted as far as possible in the transport position in the opening.
Suitably even a stacking shoulder is prepared on the tank dome with which the tank dome rests in the transport position on the opening edge and is stably supported. For example, this stacking shoulder is simply formed by the bottom of the seal receiving groove.
Thus, the tank dome can be easily plugged into the underground tank, it is expedient if the Tankdomwand is inclined obliquely inwards from the outer flange and ends at an inwardly drawn shoulder which surrounds the receiving seat. This design also leads to high structural strength of the tank dome in the upper area.
In an expedient embodiment, a dome shaft matching the tank dome has a seat for a cover or an intermediate piece. On the outside of an annular flange, preferably formed with bottom reinforcing ribs whose outer diameter corresponds at least to the outer diameter of the Einsteckrings. In transport position, the dome shaft can thus be completely inserted into the tank dome, centered and supported on the insertion ring.
In an expedient embodiment, the underground tank has two identically manufactured tank parts, wherein the disk is removed only from the opening of a tank part and mounted in this opening of the tank dome or inserted for transport. The use of identical tank parts to create the underground tank allows optimal utilization of one and the same tool, eg an injection molding or injection compression tool. With injection molding or injection compression molding, the tank parts can be made of less expensive material in smaller tools than in the case of rotational molding and with a higher output rate. This tool needs to take no account of the shape and design of the tank dome, since the tank dome is made in a separate tool.
According to another important idea, the tank parts are joined separably along a seam by means of externally attached quick connectors. This makes it possible to reduce the transport dimensions even further, since the two tank parts can be transported stacked in each other, wherein the tank dome and other accessories is inserted into the shell cavity. The installation of the underground tank and the tank dome takes place on site.
However, the same tank parts can be used in another embodiment, e.g. Already at the manufacturer, create a monolithic underground tank by welding the tank parts along the seam. In order to transport the monolithic underground tank and to reduce the transport dimensions, an opening is then first of all exposed and the tank dome is inserted into this opening, wherein further equipment components are to be accommodated in the storage space provided by the tank dome.
Finally, it is expedient to form the tank parts and at least the tank dome in one piece as plastic injection molded parts. Special advantage is offered by injection-molded parts, as they can be produced with lower molding pressure.

The tank dome D has a round foot part F with an

The tank dome D has an inclined from the foot part F inwardly Tankdomwand 24, which extends over an inwardly drawn

The concept of making the tank dome D as a loose part and tailored to the specific requirements of a tank dome in terms of material and design is also useful for other underground tanks, such as ground tanks monolithically molded by rotational molding in which the opening for mounting and / or stowing the tank dome either already cut out or subsequently cut out. The opening K could be sunk in relation to the adjacent outline of the ground tank, in order to avoid any projection in the transport dimensions of the underground tank. But also a slightly excessive placement of the opening in relation to the adjacent outline is conceivable. As a further alternative, the snap hooks could be locked on the outside of the Domansatz, and could, if necessary, the ultimately selected rotational position of the tank dome be fixed by a fastener. Further, the tank dome D could also be higher or lower in relation to the dimensions of the underground tank than shown. For example, if the underground tank is equipped with one or more partitions for wastewater treatment or the like, several tank domes could be adapted to those described above Be mounted way. The tank dome is expediently sized so that it fulfills the function of a manhole. For example, could be molded or mounted inside the tank dome treads or fasteners for a ladder. An underground tank E could optionally be configured with one of a plurality of, for example, differently high or differently formed tank domes, for example in adaptation to the installation conditions or the respective intended use.
